Beautiful Luxury Vacation Home in Heart of Nashville

This is a brand new single house (2300 sf) with a two car garage, located at Shelby Hills neighborhood, back to Shelby park and Shelby Golf course. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus an air queen size mattress and two sofa beds, comfortable for up to 12 people. It is fully furnished with all new furniture, appliances and amenities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. All rooms have walk-in closets.
The first floor has an open floor design, with an open kitchen to the dining and living areas, as well as a deck where gives a nice view of Shelby park. It is spacious and relaxing, with a 10 foot high ceiling, perfect for staying at home to unwind after a day of exploring Nashville.
The kitchen is perfect for at-home dining as it is equipped with an electric stove, oven, and a full refrigerator. It also includes dishes, utensils, and pots and pans for cooking. The living room has a 60 inch 4k Smart TV, which can connect to Netflix, Hulu, or HBO accounts for instant streaming.
The second floor holds the master bedroom and two other bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious at about 16x15 feet in area with a large walk-in closet. It connects to a private bathroom, complete with 2 sinks, bath tub and separate shower room. Another bedroom is on the ground floor beside the garage with a private full bathroom.
All in all, this house makes you feel at home, and it is perfect for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a Nashville vacation.

There is an additional charge for over 5 people, which is $25 per night per person.

The property was beautiful and in a great location backing up to Shelby Park. The house looks like it does in the pictures. The issue we had w the house is that it seems that it is not well maintained. Meaning a lot of things were broken. etc. We had an issue w the fire alarm going off 18 times. Cuiren came in, told us to pull out the fire alarm from each room one at a time to see which one is bad. He would not hire a professional to fix it. The alarm went off up through the week we left. There were 15 hornets nests under the deck when we first got there. We had continued issues being out on the deck bc of the hornets. Cuiren sprayed a few times but it didn’t kill them all. The fridge leaked. We pointed it out to Cuiren, because it was warping his wood floors. He said he’ll come in every two weeks when he mowed the lawn and clear up the flooding at the bottom of the fridge that accumulated each week. Eventually we ended up doing it bc we didn’t want him in the house all the time. We had a bathtub faucet handle break. Cuiren said it was bc one of us pulled too hard the wrong way. I’m like, I’m pretty sure since we are all above the age of 24 we know how to use a tub faucet handle. We had cockroach problems. Cuiren left us w sticky traps. Didn’t kill them all. So if the house was maintained better, it would be 5 stars. But overall unless he really fixes everything it’s a 3 overall from me.

Great week day stay in Nashville

The home is beautiful and updated and although there were only 4 of us it could comfortably accommodate 8 adults. Nice location but not walkable from downtown. Visiting Nashville during the week was great, plenty to do and see and not as crowded. Highly recommend the Taste of Nashville food and site seeing tour to get oriented and plan the rest of your stay

Amazing house

The house and location exceeded our expectations. It was minutes from downtown. The park located behind the house offered a sense of privacy. The house was updated cozy and clean. The property manager was easily accessible and prompt. I will definitely stay at this property again next time I travel to Nashville.

We were in town meeting the new baby in the family. Due to Covid we wanted a place that could host 3 adults for the weekend and host a lunch/hang for 9 adults and 3 kids. This space was perfect gathering spot for everyone. Close to the interstate and downtown Nashville and the Titans stadium - which hosted the playoff game during our luncheon!! The owner/host was very responsive to our request for snow removal and answering a question we had while we were there.

Loved the location!

This was perfect for our extended family to get together for Christmas. 3 couples, 2 single adults, and 2 kids - we all stayed quite comfortably. Owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Location was perfect for being able to go for a walk and relax, and just a short drive to downtown.

Awesome Stay

We were of group of 4 high school friends getting together in Nashville for golf. The house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and a spacious middle level for cooking and hanging out. Everything we needed was there. The house is an easy 10 minute ride to downtown. Easy access to the airport and great golf locations. Host was responsive. Will stay again. Great trip.

Beautiful home

Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, super clean and close to everything in Nashville. Enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking a greenbelt/disc golf course (even had a deer in the backyard). Lot is really steep and parking would have been easier with a smaller car (we rented a minivan). Wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues- steep driveway and lots of stairs. Near Shelby Bottoms Greenway - nice walking trails along the Cumberland River. We really enjoyed our visit!
