The facility was very nice. It was tasteful of decorated in the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was more than enough space for our family. The location was safe and approximately 15 minutes from most things.

We had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to spread out. The only issue we had which was no big deal, but the top bunk didnt have a blanket. We always bring a couple so issue averted!

4 Nashville Nights

This property was great overall and was exactly as advertised. It was a great fit for what we wanted for a portion of our family spring break trip. The only problem occurred when we discovered that bedding had not been properly cleaned by the cleaning service, requiring us to wash all sheets and remake the beds. The management made things right by refunding a portion of the cleaning fee. Mistakes happen, and we appreciate the management taking care of us and addressing quality control with the cleaning service going forward. We would gladly stay here again because the rest of the property was clean and great.

The property is very nice. Very quiet area. The only thing that was not up to par was the linen on the bed wasn't clean & they had stains. One thing that need to be mentioned in the description is the flights of stairs in case someone has knee issues or disability with climbing stairs. Also liquid soap in the bathrooms would be good also. The overall stay was good.

Spacious, modern, close drive to east nashville

We wanted a place that would be close to east nashville but was still spacious. This place fit that bill well. Not much in the surrounding area but a fast drive to many places. Porch upstairs was nice. Only complaint was cleanliness-- there was black mold growing in the rubber seal of the washing machine and in the shower. Couch did not appear vacuumed and the floors were dirty. i did report this to management and I received an automated test saying someone could come clean, but I was not interested in disrupting my stay.

..

This property is very spacious. There are three sets of long stairs. Having a garage to park in was very nice. When I booked the place it said less than two miles to downtown. However, Broadway is not a safe walk from this condo. It is only a few miles from Walmart, restaurants, and gas stations. On the negative side: the place was not very clean; the tub in the 2nd bathroom did not drain; the dishwasher did not work appropriately. I would recommend a better cleaning staff and to fix the tub and dishwasher.

I wasn’t lying

When we checked in we found hair in both tubs, as well as 1 hand towel and an exploded beer in the freezer. When I called customer service I felt as though he accused me of lying (about the beer) and he told me to use a different towel as far as the one with hair in it. However, we went out for the evening and came back to all things rectified. Also lights on roof deck had no way to be plugged in. Bed linens and all other towels were clean, beds were super comfortable.

Perfect Location

We loved this vrbo! The house was very clean, had all the things we needed and the location was perfect! Right off the highway making everything 10-15 minutes away with no traffic and the house was also very sound proof! The main bedroom bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Next time we are in Nashville we will be staying here again!

Great spot for a longer stay

While Madison is not known for being a good part of Nashville, the location of this townhouse was great and safe, far from the bad part of town. It's close to Opryland and not all that far from downtown. We loved this townhouse, particularly the garage, and will be back.

Lovely property close to everything Nashville!

We really enjoyed our stay. In town for the John Prine tribute at the Ryman and had no problems getting into town and back again. Property was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Contemporary duplex, shows like new!

Location was 10-15 minutes from everything. The 3 level home has high ceilings and shows like a new model home ! The attached garage is very convenient, especially entering in the the cold rain. Only a few slight issues: water pressure was a little light taking showers(maybe changing heads might help?), 2nd floor hall toilet needs to jiggle handle to stop water from running and the temperature was a little tricky to regulate (got warm in master bedroom). All minor things we handled.They were missing a toaster and got one delivered quickly, we didn't even know they were there., it magically appeared while we were out after I emailed the company earlier in the day. We were very happy with the townhouse and would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing condo!!

This condo was absolutely fabulous & the perfect place for Thanksgiving week!! Seems brand new, so spacious & well furnished! It is just a little outside of the hustle of the city, but not too far from anything! We were so comfortable & really enjoyed being lazy all day on Thanksgiving! The kitchen was perfect for preparing a full meal & the living room was the ideal setup for watching the parade, football games & movies all day long! Only request would be to include a hair dryer, kitchen towels, wine opener, & oven safe baking dish. We would absolutely recommend this condo!!!!
