Upon entering our room, half eaten take-out food was on the desk and the bathroom had used towels and soap laying on the floor. The bed was untouched. After calling the front desk and asking for a new room, we waited in the hallway. The hallway had enough ‘debris’ on the carpet it looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks.
