Emily responded to all my questions immediately. She was kind enough to stock our fridge with water bottles and a few beverages which was very much appreciated after our long drive to Nashville. Everyone loved the house and all the amenities. The cotton sheets were fabulous and beds were all comfortable. The massage chair was a great addition. Thank you soo much.

Our five night stay was fantastic for our ten family members. We rented a car but we found using App drivers most convenient for all of our activities, the house is a five minute ride to Downtown.

Perfect spot for a large group! The house had plenty of space and beds for everyone, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped to handle our whole crew without any hassle. The location is fantastic - walkable to the farmers’ market and Monell’s, which were both highlights of the trip. The host was incredibly kind and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

The host, Emily, was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful and response time was amazing. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place for a large group….or small. House was extremely clean and well supplied with everything we could possibly need with plenty of extras. Our host was kind, considerate, and very helpful. We are a family of 9 adults and it was very comfortable with a dining table large enough for all of us and plenty of sitting room. All in all I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Emily was such an incredible host. The house had everything you needed including a fully stocked kitchen making it easy to cook a full meal. Communication is huge and Emily went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. We will absolutely book with her again! The house it self could use some updating, and the outside property could use some landscaping. The house was a short uber away from Broadway but was not super inconvenient.
