We paid almost 200$ for a hotel that should be a 100$ or less. The ratings were 4.2 and it was not. The carpets were all stained the elevator sounded like it was falling apart. We got into the room coffee grounds still in the sink, the pull out couch was all stained, the bed had stains there were hair all over it, it did however smell clean and didn't see any bugs. The air conditioning unit did get cool enough but it was coming apart and little bugs were crawling around it. The tub was small and very curved and the toliet when flushed whinned and cried when filling back up, it also felt like we were sitting on thr floor when using it.

We were told by family that it was in a rough area after we made the reservation, but that didn't affect our stay. The hotel is older and could use some remodeling. The thing I noticed most was the bathroom with dirty tile in the corners and a bad finish in the tub. You get what you pay for, and we were only there 12 hours.

Nice, clean hotel. We would stay there again.

Pros: friendly and clean, close to main roads, lots of convenient places to eat and shop
Cons: the lobby frig was out of bottled water for 4 of our 5 days, there were small bottles in some of the vending areas tho.....very minor non-issue! lol
Location: Family in the area so we have been to Nashville before. 1st time staying here, but will be back again!
The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good, the prep person kept dining and food area tidy, food serving dishes were full and hot. The hotel was full of guests, but the staff ran things smoothly, even when we requested to stay over an extra Saturday night. Close to dining and shopping, located on main roads for ease of travel, just a short drive to the attractions we were going to and the family we were visiting in Madison. Some traffic noise, due to the location, but it was minor and didn't bother us at all. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but peeked in and the areas were clean and well maintained. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Great Hotel

The hotel was perfect for our soccer weekend! The pool was very nice for the boys to swim and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again and it was close to a lot of restaurants.

Convenient location

Pros: Liked the front desk staff, very helpful and courteous.
Cons: The rooms need updating.
Location: Close to the freeway, close to the mall, plenty of dining options.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, ok continental breakfast. The rooms are a little dated and worn. Very close to a nice mall and plenty of dining options.

Cons: Noisy
Overall a decent stay but they has a tour bus full of guest during our stay. Large groups moving at once with one elevator. Breakfast was loud and crowed but decent. Group was loud when moving throughout the hotel

only if you must

Cons: Noisy
I was looking for a suite, with som kitchen facilities (microwave, refrigertor) and this seems to be the only one in this area If you must take it, othererwise look elsewere.
