Jen’s condo was perfect for our recent stay in Nashville. It was well furnished with plenty of room for three. It was convenient to the downtown area and the Vanderbilt campus. Comfortable condo. Great mattresses and nice touch to provide coffee. The rugs in the bedrooms are no conducive to closing the doors. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was also great for us - there were some great restaurants, breweries and coffee shops in the neighborhood while still being fairly walkable and quiet. Only a short uber or drive to Broadway or the stadiums.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nashville in this lovely unit! Everything was just as pictured. The location was within close proximity to many of Nashville's attractions, which made getting around very easy. Loved being able to walk across the street to All People Coffee - delicious and friendly environment. We had our children with us this trip and we felt very safe and welcomed the entire trip. Would definitely stay here again - thanks for the hospitality!

This place was perfect for our visit to Nashville for Americanafest. It was near the main bars we were attending along with an easy Uber ride into downtown. Nice parking lot although fairly narrow but doable. It is small so not perfect if you plan to spend a lot of time in there which you shouldn’t be. The pictures show it exactly as it is. Warning to gals coming in for bachelorette party. The master shower you have to reach into the back to turn the shower on, either be fast or bring a shower cap to keep your hair dry.😊. I loved walking my dog around the neighborhood lots of renovations going on along with the cute older homes. Nice coffee shop across the street. Jen was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay there next year if we can find another couple to come with us, otherwise we have to find a smaller place.
