The outside of the property had old mattresses laying around, everywhere. The room itself, was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, holes in the wall, wallpaper falling down. I would never stay here again. Very disappointed

The room was dated, toilet handle was obviously broken. We woke up smelling like cigaret smoke as did our luggage. We got bit by spiders/bugs. The floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. Disgusting

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The pool was freezing and there were a/c parts sitting around everywhere in walkways, even by the pool. I ordered a king / double room, and got two double beds. Coffee maker in room had no tray. The first couple of times we asked for towels we were told they would be brought to the room, never came. Had to insist on them giving us some at counter. The police came to the room next to us, which was concerning.

Very kind and accommodating as usual this is I think 17 to 20 nights we hy stay here since wiring in our house caught fire and always same kind , helpful and good breakfast
