Room was dirty. They had a switch the room because the first room was never cleaned after they switched the room. The room smelled, and there was no breakfast in the morning. The eggs were gone. The only thing that you could choose from was biscuits and gravy, which was terrible. I ate an apple no orange juice no apple juice.

Well its continental breakfast not really my thing but cracker barrell is across the street and other ameneties are close by the room was fine as the ac worked fine staff kept room clean for the week we were there id stay there again

Room was decent, huge bathtub in deluxe room but the shower is in the tub. Cleanliness was average, a few things in the room could be fixed like the fridge that doesn't shut right, or the missing trim and such.. Small things. However the oddest thing is checkout is at 11 and at 9am they had the kids of the family that owns the hotel knocking on my door asking if we were leaving soon. After that there was another knock at 9:30am from a woman that works there asking if we were ready to check out. I feel like if you pay for a room, unless you're late checking out, they shouldn't bother you.

Didn’t get the original room i booked for. I was told once i got there the room had a leak. That was very disappointing. And the elevator was broken. But the replacement room was decent. It was very spacious and clean. Would book again.

The best part about the property was the receptionist. Cheerful, helpful, supportive. The problems - elevator not working, pool closed, room reserved not available, amenities in room listed not all there.

Just OK!

Pool was closed-even though temperatures were in the 90s. Breakfast was fair. ( eggs and two cereal choices) Parking was great! Location was perfect! Ceiling ( as you walked in) had water damage. Shower had a few little black mold spots on a trim piece.

The elevator was broken, which made getting to a second-floor room difficult when having knee injuries. The carpeting in my room was rather damp for most of it, which made the room smell musty. The light in the bathroom needs replacing.

Terrible. Booked for 3 nights, only stayed one. Nasty. Lobby looks like a run down gas station. Everything smells. We got a “smoke free” room that smelled like smoke. Windows aren’t securely locked and they’re accessible from outside. Had burn holes from cigarettes and scuff on the sheets. Honestly not sure why we stayed that one night - should’ve left. getting a refund was a nightmare, and in the end only one night was refunded. Whatever you do, please don’t stay here.

Much room for improvement

The refrigerator froze everything solid. We had adjusted the temperature but it still froze everything. We had to go ask for clean towels. There were pieces of toilet paper behind the toilet which tells me it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was cleaned up before 9am each day so we had to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast.
