Noisy, cold, poor food quality. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. I was with a handicapped person, and no one offered help with doors or anything ! The room so Noisy you couldn't sleep and the beds had divits to sleep in. Don't stay here.

The hotel and staff were great. We were there during snow which complicated many things in the city. The hotel management even offered staff rooms to be able to make their shift the next day. Fantastic management there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only issues were the water pressure in the shower was not great and the air quality was terrible. The forced air was so dry in the room. Perhaps because the use of heat is not the norm in Tennessee. The only other issue we had was at the Saturday DJ brunch. We were a party of 8 dribbling in after a crazy night before. Ordering alot, hefty bar bill. As the last of our party arrives and orders their food. As we are waiting the manager tells me brunch is 2 hours. Completely understand as i am in food service myself. I apologize as we are at the 2 hour mark. However, again as i am this is my business as well i notice several open tables and no one waiting for a table. At that point no server would even make eye contact as we would be happy to order more drinks or move to the bar if they needed the table. Just Completely avoided us. That was ridiculous and unprofessional.
