Within a short 10-minute drive, you can reach the vibrant Broadway district, where the pulse of the city's music scene beats. And for those seeking the unique charm of the Grand Ole Opry, it's only a quick 10-minute drive from our location.

Our vacation rental is not only well-connected to these iconic landmarks but also offers proximity to other noteworthy points of interest. Visit President Jackson's Estate, take a splash and cool off at Nashville Shores water park, rent a boat to explore Percy Priest lake, or immerse yourself in the beauty of Shelby Bottoms, granting 5 miles of paved nature trails – 5 mins away via the Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge.

Nestled in the secure area of Donelson, with hip restaurants and cafes, you can also embark on an adventure along the nearby Greenway biking trail. The neighborhood has rolling hills which are perfect for invigorating morning walks or jogs.

Good place to stay in Nashville

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on vacation from the UK. Check-in was seamless, and communications with the host were good. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. We found the location to be great - a quiet neighbourhood but just a short drive from downtown Nashville or the Grand Ole Opry. Kevin's guide to Nashville was useful too! Minor points to know - there is definitely some footsteps noise from the upstairs unit (though this is clear in the description) and some traffic noise from the nearby highway too - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. My wife didn't find the bed too comfortable, but this is a personal preference thing.

Great location! Kids loved it!

This property is the perfect location between the Opry, the airport, and Broadway. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to the routes needed to get anywhere. My sons loved the pool table and the PS4! The owner was great with communication and had lots of info on activities/restaurants in the area. I will definitely stay here again if I have future trips to Nashville!

Larger space than expected!

Great space to stay. I picked this spot because of the computer chair and desk (worked remotely for a few days while on vacation). The location was nice, and the place itself was impressive.
