Please review house rules before booking. 3BR, 2BA in East Nashville!



The Space:

Located 10.8 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA) about a 20 minute drives, this spacious 1970's Ranch-style house VERY well kept and clean.



The living room features a Smart TV. High speed internet available as well.

There are three spacious bedrooms each with their own comfortable bed and closets. Two of the three bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The entire house will be yours, including our large backyard with patio furniture! Parking is in the drive way. Guest has 24 hour access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Set in East Nashville, the house is a short drive away from popular restaurants, supermarkets, and charming cafes. Take a stroll through the nearby Shelby Bottoms Nature Center and Greenway. Drive 15-minutes to explore Downtown's iconic nightlife.



Getting Around:

Within driving distance to convenience stores, gas station, and some restaurants. We are only an 8 minute drive from Five Points, and less than 20 minutes from Broadway for you to honky-tonk. You can Uber or Lyft just about anywhere you'd want to be for around $5 - $10. We're located 10.8 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA) about a 20 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

It’s a really lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! The fenced-in backyard with the covered table and chairs was a real treat, with big shady trees and lots of birds to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. My family would love to stay here again!

This home is lovely and in a wonderful residential neighborhood. It's near a huge park for walking on trails and then greenways and East Nashville is nice for low key good eating and cocktails. Quick uber ride to downtown.

Nice, relaxing location in East Nashville

This was a very clean, well-located rental and was the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed (laundry detergent, coffee, plenty of cooking implements). We were in town for a combo of work and tourism. I loved the quiet location and the local restaurants — especially the nearby board game/coffee shop. Communication and checking in and out was very easy.

Show choir nationals

This house is PERFECT!!! I started the first two days with 4 other choir mom friends during our kids show choir nationals. It was an easy drive to the grand ole Opry! Then my family of 4 stayed a few extra days because it was spring break. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. All the details down to having extra blankets, luggage racks and even a small fan in each closet! Kitchen was well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house!

Nashville with Friends

This was the perfect home for three high school friends to stay at when we visited Nashville. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and two baths plenty. This is an easy place to uber to downtown Nashville ot the Grand Ole Opry. Also a quick drive to Cheekwood Bitanical Gardens or to shop for groceries. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you choose to cook. Cabinets are labeled so it is easy to find everything. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is in the driveway. The host is readily available if needed. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Perfect Place for Family Time!

This property was just what we needed for a long weekend in Nashville. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. She was quick to respond to our communications and was very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is wonderful, trailheads to the Shelby trail system throughout, cute houses, old and new, and a short drive to all of the main attractions around Nashville! The house itself is cute, clean, kitchen well stocked, beds super comfy, large backyard, nice bathrooms, and smart TVs throughout. The renovations on this property are modern and well thought out, with a couple of original touches left..... the old phone nook shelf in the hallway is very cool!! We would definitely stay here again.. We've come here as a family several times, and this is by far the best house rental we have stayed. Thank you for a fantastic time!

Very Nice!

We really enjoyed the house. Cute place, nicely furnished and decorated, had everything we needed. My boys really enjoyed the flat, fenced yard for throwing a baseball around! Very clean. The location was convenient- within 10-15 minutes of absolutely anywhere we wanted to go In Nashville. Great restaurants/bakeries within 5 minutes- we liked 5 Daughters Bakery.

Vanderbilt Graduation

We were in town to attend our daughter's and son-in-law's graduate school graduation ceremony at Vanderbilt and reunite with them after they flew back from their new home in Amsterdam. We were lucky to get a reservation here after our initial rental cancelled on us fairly last minute. The home is a clean, updated mid-century ranch in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was stylish and warm with just the right amount of knick knacks to make it homey. The bedrooms were nicely sized with comfortable beds, double closets with hangers, and window blinds for privacy. I appreciated the iron and ironing board so I could iron my daughter's dress and gown for graduation. The bathrooms were nicely updated with plenty of hot water and good water pressure and a generous number of towels. We did not do much cooking, only toast, frozen pizza and reheating leftovers, but the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal and the cupboards were all labeled so you could find what you needed. We did not have time to utilize the outdoor space, but there is a beautiful back yard with trees. The driveway is large enough for several cars. The owner was very good with communication and provided an extensive handbook with all the information we needed for our stay. We would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Nashville.

Girls' Reunion

From Texas and Iowa, we decided to meet in Nashville - best decision ever! We had a blast and loved this rental. Located in a quiet, calm neighborhood, this house served all our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well- stocked, great patio, and it was Uber close to everything. Steph, property manager/owner was super sweet and quickly responded when contacted. Spring Break Vacation

This was a last minute change since our VRBO had been cancelled on us. The house was just like the pictures. Great safe neighborhood and not far from downtown. This house had everything that we needed. The coffee beans were amazing. Great place to come back to after a long day. We played cards on the table and was able to watch March Madness on the T.V. No issues, so we didn’t have to call or bother the owner.
