Game Area Haven with Hot Tub!

This is the ultimate group house with plenty of space, beds, one level home and things to do. Enjoy the indoor game room/bar or chill outside in the hot tub and relax by one of the 2 fire pits. Indoor/Outdoor game space. For all you bachelorettes, there's a dressing room just for you! This home is Nashville themed inside and out! Private yard, fully fenced and only 6 miles downtown! Sleeps 12 comfortably!

The yard is now fenced and ready for your pets! Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

ATTENTION: The driveway here is in a tricky spot. It is located on a blind curve and the odd and even addresses also switch sides of the road in this area. Watch your GPS closely! There is a red reflector by the mailbox.

Only enter and exit through the back door. Make sure doors are locked when you leave the house. Only use the keypad to lock the back door.
