Overall great stay! I appreciated mostly the cleanliness and I could relax upon entering the room. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. Different areas to lounge and either enjoy live entertainment or find a nook to sit, read and relax. I would also try the in-house restaurant next time. Staff was quite helpful for as first time guest in Nashville. Shared all to go to eateries to check out and walkable.

There was the friendliest staff at every encounter at this hotel! The hotel was beautiful, and perfect walking distance to restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues!

Such a lovely hotel with great freaking food and everyone was super kind. Only a few blocks from downtown and a super easy spot to catch an uber. I wish the pool was heated since we came in May but we would 100% come back and most likely will.

My son stayed there and after he checked out, they were charging as much to his debit card at a time as they could and the only reason it stopped was because they overdrew his account trying to charge him $850 for a TV and they never even touched the remote or turned the TV on. They were only in the room to sleep.
