Welcome to our stunning 3300 square foot home in the heart of the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Music City.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open floor plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

The four spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en- suite bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

One of the highlights of this home is the large bonus room upstairs, perfect for watching movies, playing games or just hanging out with family and friends. This house is great- easy walk to everything in the 12 south neighborhood - a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The location was also close to downtown / Broadway - a quick drive or Uber. It has everything you need and was clean and well furnished and Peter was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with anything that we needed during our week long stay. The location cannot be beat. A two minute walk to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint.
