3rd year in a row we stayed here, love the hotel and proximity to Downtown. Great stay as always only minor issue was with elevator - we had room on 5th floor and the elevator across from fitness room wasn't working properly. Didn't go go all the way to 5 for most of our stay, had to get off on 4 and take stairs

Nice stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s close to Broadway and has a great breakfast in the morning. I would say that the main thing needed is for the plugs for chargers and other things be fixed. Some didn’t work and some were so loose that the plugs wouldn’t stay in. Other than that nice hotel!

The chair seats in the lobby were all very worn, and need replacing. The room had a musty smell every time we came in but dissipated in time with the air on. The staff were great. Its a great location. Loved the breakfast, but coffee was never hot.

The room and customer service was excellent. However we were not informed before arrival that the public laundry room was out of service. A small inconvenience, but an inconvenience none the less.

The elevator sounded like a death trap and dropped some when you reached the 6 th floor. The parking is to expensive and then you had to wait to have your car parked and sometimes would have to wait up to 30 minutes to leave your vehicle or pickup your vehicle. The people there were super nice they had a great breakfast and it was very clean but once you get parked don’t take your car out because you will have to wait wait forever to get reparked. All all I would consider staying there again if they service the elevators that needed oil and offer different service for parking not valet.

I reserved a room with 2beds and requested a walk-in shower. They didn’t have that type of room available but were able to provide me with a room with handrails in the bathroom so that I could get in and out of the tub safely. This hotel is only a few blocks off Broadway and just down the block from the CMHofF. Perfect!
