Beautiful hotel considering how they're all stacked together in downtown Nashville. Don't think we will ever get used to the charges for parking your own car though....$52 a day! Room was great and staff excellent. Lots of care, eager to chat and assist in any way they could. Went above & beyond in being kind with a bump we encountered.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Every person i encountered was so friendly. We had a corner room on the 13th floor overlooking all of Nashville. The location was perfect. Just a few blocks to Broadway.

Room was clean. I don’t think the heat was working but I didn’t call to tell them, I just put a sweatshirt on. The breakfast was good, I do wish they had more muffins available to the people that aren’t early risers. Staff was friendly. Parking on site was nice. They had big parking spaces for more protection of my car. I know someone who stayed at a different hotel and their car and several others in the parking lot were vandalized.

Great location! Rooms were clean and renovated. It was fun to hang out in the lobby areas before walking to all the Nashville attractions. Would definitely stay here again!
