Loved my stay at Holston House! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were cozy and stylish, and the rooftop pool views were unbeatable. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were so delicious — such a cool touch. Plus, you’re just steps from Broadway but it still feels calm when you get back. Definitely staying here again next Nashville trip!

The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the bathroom door. It was one of those sliding barn doors. You could see one of the beds from the toilet because the door leaves a big gap even when shut completely. Plus you couldn’t lock it, so a warning for families with little children who would want to barge in on you. Other than that issue, it was a lovely hotel in a convenient location.

Great location. Pool was very small and always crowded so we weren’t able to use it. Elevator was very slow. VIP access was a bottle of wine but we don’t drink wine so we left it. Toilet doesn’t have separate door which was odd for a bathroom with a non locking sliding door.

Great location for nightlife and Nashville sports teams. Very nice property and friendly staff. We stayed on a busy August weekend with lots of young adults on celebratory trips - fun to observe and good energy but also crowded at the pool and in the lobby. We also didn’t love the food at the hotel or for that matter in the nearby tourist area - it was all ok, expensive, tourist fare. We will do more meal planning next time to get out of downtown. Monell’s in Germantown for breakfast was the exception. Loved the experience.

Great spot close to all the action on Broadway

Hotel is very nice. Sort of boutiquey in an older building. Beds are super comfy and room was great. Pool is a little small ish. On a hot Saturday there may have been 60 people in there - the water is waist deep. Only negative was it cost $50 to check in before our check in time. Cocktail drinks in lobby from 4-5 is a plus. Highly recommend getting a record player from front desk. Lots of records to choose from.

We chose this hotel for style and walkability. We were able to walk two blocks to a restaurant and two blocks to the Ryman. We used valet at the hotel, and didn't have to give our vehicle a second thought. Just a few small complaints are that there is no vent fan in the bathroom and there was too much street noise. As for the street noise, we were on the 3rd floor (which isn't too high to avoid street noise), but we were shocked at the lack of sound reducing windows or something to help with that issue in such a high end hotel. Additionally, the breakfast service was exemplary, but the food was a bit disappointing. I had an omelet and my husband has blueberry pancakes. They were fine, but we could've had much more flavorful versions of these same food options for half the price. We would definitely stay again, but would probably eat breakfast elsewhere.
