Older boutique hotel. Kinda cramped feeling (cozy?) Neighborhood kind of sketchy, of course it's right down from all the action. I felt safe on the property.

Not great: -Hotel staff quoted us $70 valet charge for our 2-night stay. After checkout, we were surprised to receive a bill for $140 for valet. Not only is $70 per night excessive for valet, but we also didn't appreciate the misrepresentation of fees. There's no way we would have paid this much to park our vehicle. -Hotel staff did not have the friendliest attitudes, and were often hard to find when we needed assistance. Great: -The hotel overall has a super cool vibe and it was fun to stay there. -Both restaurants were outstanding. Bar staff at dinner was OUTSTANDING and provided some great tips for our trip. The breakfast/brunch was super delicious as well. -Everything was incredibly clean. -The pool was awesome, and we wished we had better weather to enjoy it. Overall, I believe we'll still return here on our next trip to Nashville-with a better plan for parking.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. Very walkable to different stores and food options. Definitely make use of all the amenities your resort fee covers. We used ours for free admission to the Frist Art Museum. Room was modest, but clean, modern, and perfect for our 1 night stay.

Great stay but thin windows

Everything was great except the noise at night and the morning from the back alley. The sound of the trucks backing up and the beeping was very loud. Everything else was great, enough so that I would still considering staying there again even with the noise.

2nd stay not a charm

I stayed here last year to go to see a hockey game for the weekend. That weekend the hotel was excellent with service that was great. This year we came for a birthday event. I recommended we stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed. The front desk never picked up the phone. The room we stayed in, half of the outlets did not work. I needed ice, and when they finally picked up the phone it was not delivered until I went to the front desk. I never complain in reviews but something changed with the service and quality of this hotel in the past year. For the price per night, it was not worth it!

Excellent stay

First time staying at this property and I found it to be fantastic. Two left turns out of the front door to the Bridgestone where we were watching a concert. Very short walk to the rest of the nightlife and food. Friendly staff. The hotel allows you to pre-check in, so that was very quick and efficient. The room was on the small side but smartly organized. Modern look. The shower was killer and the bed comfortable. The valet process was very easy during arrival and departure. I would easily stay here again. 9.5 / 10
