Inside, luxurious open living spaces await, adorned with signed music memorabilia in every nook and cranny. From cowboy boots to banjos, each room is a tribute to Nashville's legendary music scene, guaranteeing a toe-tappin' good time for all. You'll even find a record player and some catchy country classics.

And let's talk sleeping arrangements, y'all! With beds for up to 12+ guests, this house ain't messin' around.
Where you'll sleep:
Primary suite: Located on the first floor, you'll find a king bed fit for a country king or queen, with views of the "Batman Building" to boot! BRAND NEW Large walk in shower with 2 shower heads as well!
Guest room: Queen bed with large walk in closet
Guest room: Another queen bed with large closet
Guest room: Gather up the gang! Two queen bunk beds (4 beds that sleep a total of 8) with a large walk in closet
Other options: Two queen air mattresses, two twin pullouts, and an extra comfy cozy sofa too! Truly can sleep 12+ very easily!

Y'all, there's more! We've got a large living room waiting for ya upstairs. A true highlight for making those Music City memories. Two TV's, multiple sitting areas to hang, access to the 2nd floor deck, and a commercial Air Hockey table to challenge the whole crew.
Next, head outside and breath in that fresh Nashville air. We've got a grill for all your BBQ needs, and a large 6 person dining table outside to enjoy dinner al fresco.

Some of East Nashville's trendiest restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby, with both Fatherland District and 5 Points a stroll away. Sports and music fans will appreciate the proximity to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Gaylord Opryland.
Uber and Lyft are the best options for getting around. It is only a 5-minute ride to Broadway.
Lime, Bird, Lyft, and JUMP scooters are also available nearby.
Two parking spots are located at the rear of the house and accessed from the alley, and plenty of free street parking is provided at the front of the house. (please do not park on the lawn)
- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- Parking - there is a parking pad in the back of the home, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 3 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
