I loved everything about this hotel. The location, the staff, the mini restaurant, etc. I had a great experience and will most definitely be coming back. Beautiful on the inside as well.

The room was the most amazing room. I booked 3 rooms for a buisness trip and I believe we were upgraded. Upon check-in I was informed we were in corner suites which was a big surprise. These are two room suites. Bedroom and seperate living room with kitchen and large couch. The moment we opened the door I was stunned. The most adorable rooms and the bathroom was spectacular. I had a bathtub which I utilized and the atmosphere was the best. Glass if wine and some bubbles is always relaxing. We had a gorgeous view with huge windows. I will absolutely rebook this hotel for future stays. SUITE is the way to go at this hotel. Thank you Hyatt Centric for a wonderful 1st time experience in Nashville.

We stayed for one night and had 3 workers needing to fix things and had to leave the room for an hour twice-once for the lights in the living room not working and once for the shower faucet needing to be replaced and plumbing fixed. They originally claimed our room was an upgrade to the 11th floor with snacks- but just soda and candy and problems. The manager promised a refund through Expedia but then she denied their request, and was also very unprofessional during the whole process by trying to avoid talking with us. Bad management there even though a new building and beautiful lobby and breakfast.
