the room was horrible. there was no soap, no towels, no TELEVISION. The bathroom was not cleaned. it was a bad experience. of course it was late night and i was too tired to call but guess what , the phone didn't work. i almost thought i was staying in a room they use for storage or a room that was on the list of "do not use"
Well the man @ front desk was very nice but the room itself was not cleaned very well . The shower pole was just literally hangingonnthere one move it would have been on ground .. the shower water was broke t was. Coming outta every way through every crack it had ! No soap , no shampoo , no body wash .. beds were hard and what’s so crazy is . It was like midnight when we arrived no discount just knowing we had to b out by 11 am.. and the room is not cleaned bathroom falling apart .. so with saying all that .. the $78 was throwed up a hogs butt!!! lol. Sorry tho! Only being honest !!

Great staff and customer service. Facilities are a bit old and run down, but not bad for the money.

A little old and run down. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room was dirty like it had not been cleaned. Cigarette butts and socks in the room tub not cleaned floor not vacuumed.
They did switch our room but it wasn’t much better most of the outlets did not work
I booked this room for my husband who is a truck driver. It’s not one of the better places he has stayed, and he said he wouldn’t come again. It just wasn’t comfortable and he didn’t get a restful sleep. It was a convenient location, off the highway, near a truck stop. The place was old and he doesn’t mind that, as long as it’s clean. Well, the room looked clean but didn’t feel clean. Even after taking a shower, he felt like he needed another one. He didn’t smell smoke like other reviewers wrote, but there was an unusual smell that woke him up a couple of times in the night. Strange…
There’s no continental breakfast. There was coffee but they ran out of creamer. Staff was nice though. It was a cheap rate, so he basically got what he paid for.
My only negative was wall plug-ins. I have an electric wheelchair that needed recharging and their were 2 of us each with a phone. So we needed 3 wall plug-ins.
Every plug-in in room 105 was behind a piece of furniture. Behind the tv was 2 wall outlets with a lamp plugged into one and the tv was plugged into the other. I was able to pull the tv away from the wall slightly to get to those 2 plug-ins.
The other plug-in was behind the night stand between the two beds. After we found if we were able to reach down behind the stand and access the other needed plug-in.
Other than this, the stay was great.
I’m fine with staying in an old motel but this one seems to be owned/operated by people that just don’t care anymore. The last person facial hair in sink, caulking just gooped around bathroom floor, chain lock broken, dirty damaged carpet, iced over freezer and very pathetic breakfast are some indicators.
