The room #275 water did not get hot! I drove 5 hours from GA to not be able to shower was the most irritating. The sheets were dirty, toilet had stains on it, hair in the sink, as if it was never cleaned properly! I called down to the front office and was informed on check out time at 11am mine you it was 8:30am as if I wasn’t aware !! Instead of assisting me or getting me clean linen some man continued to tell me check out times! I was so furious I packed up my things still not being able to wash by the way and checked out of the room wayyy before 11am! After expressing my frustration with John he said he would apply a discount back to my card on file which I have still yet to receive and of course now no one answers the phone. I dislike bad reviews but just wanted to make the public aware of how bad the customer service and nasty the room was! Parking was horrible nowhere to park at all in the lot after 10pm!

The water in the shower won't turn off all the way so we had to listen to it dripping all night and the water wasn't hot at all and there's no USB ports to charge our phones

The room was so bad we didn’t even stay here. There were hand prints on the walls. Not kids hand prints. The front desk guy was very helpful and let us refund our room immediately.

EVERY TIME I travel through Nashville, I stay here! Budget wise travelers? Stay here. The premises is very safe, loads of security csmeras, well lit, i have stayed here over 12 times and my vehicle has never been broken into/ damaged. I always have a clean room, clean bed, and there are great eateries to drive to nearby within 5 minutes. It is located 5 minutes to downtown. I will always return here and I am from Dallas, TX!
