I walked into the lobby pushing a walker with a large heavy duffle bag on the seat and the staff failed to tell me the rooms were down a flight of stairs. The overhead light went dead as soon as I entered the room and hit the switch. The TV needed a code number to turn on which he walked out without tell me what it was. But to be fair, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very delicious.

It was a great place for the price. I know i have stayed at places that were not this nice and cost alot more. For us it was bot a walkable distance to downtown. To some it may be. The room we had was nice and clean. What dealings we had with staff was good. The room we had was not noisey, i mean we had a few times that room doors shut hard, but not enough to rate the place at bad. I felt the area was a safe area, we saw nothing to worry us. We will be back.

Charge $10 per night for parking. Charges 13.45 too much on card for room plus the parking. Asked for a first floor room got a second story back of the building room. Room was comfortable and clean.

This definitely did not look like it did in the online pictures! Room was smelly - a previous smoker's room possibly. Pool was not open. TV didn't work. Fridge was nice and cold.

When booked, there were pictures of pool. The pool was shut down so no pool. Attached is the first picture that pops up. We were hit with an additional $10/night parking fee not included in the out of door pricce Expedia presented. Staff was cold and unwerving about charges and even had a printout that highlighted the "Hidden" verbage from the website. Never again.
