Staff was polite & room was basically okay. However, difficult to find entrance from road and signs for lobby were minimal. Rooms open directly to the outside. Room was okay. Clean, nice bed. But little things missing - huide to tv channels, list of local restaurants, directions to little coffee maker. It was ok for what i wanted - one overnight stay. Would not stay longer than that.

Great location if you are in town for a Titans game. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent sized w plenty of options. Convenience store and gas station close by. Also a taco truck. In the morning when I went to do laundry, I put my clothes in the washer before realizing it was full of water and out of order. I had to ring out my clothes by hand, then when I went to put them in the dryer there was a towel full of poop in there. When I got back to the room with a load full of wet clothes, I seen a roach on the sink next to my toiletries. Staff were nice.

I called the hotel on a Thursday to let them know I wouldn’t make it to my reservation but my friend was still going. Over the phone the receptionist said it was fine and there would be no problem. However, in person they heckled my friend after my flight was canceled and I couldn’t make my trip which I originally explained on Thursday.

The room had a couple issues. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the picture on the tv was fuzzy with lines. The only other problem was the breakfast. We got to the lobby at 8am. The food was cold. The sausage was grey and the were no eggs. There were kittle pitatoes but no reason to eat those alone. The syrup bottles were nasty looking on the table. The overall food presentation was not fit for me or my husband to eat. I was pretty disappointed considering the price of the room
