Staff was polite & room was basically okay. However, difficult to find entrance from road and signs for lobby were minimal. Rooms open directly to the outside. Room was okay. Clean, nice bed. But little things missing - huide to tv channels, list of local restaurants, directions to little coffee maker. It was ok for what i wanted - one overnight stay. Would not stay longer than that.

Was a very nice hotel overall. Staff was super friendly. My only complaint was a lack of hot water. So, took 1 luke warm and 1 ice cold shower

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Knights Inn in Nashville. It was very noisy at night time with traffic but I had a sound machine on to drown it out so keep that in mind. Overall, my room was very clean and smelled nice. The staff was nice and welcoming when I checked in.

John was amazing while checking in. He was kind, he smiled and helped in every way possible. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water and a maintenance man came out immediately. We will be staying here the next time we come to Nashville.

Everything was great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is the location, getting in and out is a pain because of consistent traffic.

It’s a roof over your head! But don’t expect the room to be spotless or the mattress to be comfortable. It is however, in walking distance of Nissan Stadium. If you’re going to a Tennessee Titans game, it makes the price well worth it since parking is incredibly expensive on game day.

Upon checking in I stood there for a good 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to show up to the counter just to check in and on the day of checking out. I had to stand there and wait for someone to come up behind the counter and there isn’t like a bell or anything to help indicate that there’s someone standing there waiting to check in or check out. Room was completely filthy, shower had dried blood in it. The continental breakfast was a complete joke and probably could’ve gotten sick If I’d eaten it, we opted out for our own breakfast. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.
