1950s stone cottage located in historic Leipers Fork. Just a short drive to Franklin, TN and 1 mile away from the beautiful Natchez Trace Parkway.

Perfect Cozy Anniversary Getaway

My parents enjoyed celebrating their 43rd anniversary over the Fourth of July at this lovely home! They said it was beautiful, cozy, and peaceful! The owner was very thoughtful and even had a bottle of champagne to welcome them. As a musician, my father greatly enjoyed the record player and guitars. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Lovely older home that has been completely updated and modernized. Beds are comfortable (my #1 criteria!), huge bathroom with nice large shower. Great location, almost walking distance from the adorable little Lieper's Fork community. Would definitely come stay here again if I have another opportunity to do so.

Great stay in clean home!!

Had a wonderful stay in this cottage. Will plan to return. Jon was so easy to work with and all the furnishings were so well done.. The antiques and rustic charm was spot on for me... Comfy bed.. The way all stays should be.

Serene and tranquil

My husband and I were in town to look at houses in the neighboring area to buy. The cozy cottage was a perfect location and a retreat for the end of the day. I recommend this location. The bedding was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything that you need, it was very clean and tidy. And communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We will be back.

Fantastic place!

Cozy cottage fits the bill here! Beautifully decorated, spacious and all the amenities you need for a stay in Franklin. The location was perfect and we especially enjoyed the record player, the fireplace and the fully-equipped bathroom! We hope to return sometime again, as we have relatives in the area.

Peace & Quiet

We LOVED our stay! This little cottage was the perfect getaway. Very clean. Very cozy. Host was always available and a pleasure to communicate with. They went above and beyond and even put a “Happy Anniversary” sign out for us. So thoughtful. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms were so comfortable. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was perfect. We truly felt like welcomed guests! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!!!!

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very clean and well appointed. The main rooms were open and spacious. Both of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we shared a spacious bathroom that accommodated both of our needs. We really enjoyed sitting on the two porches and the beautiful surroundings.

Comfortable and Cozy Retreat

Lifelong friends met halfway for a catch up girls weekend. The cottage was beautifully decorated to fit the location. Everything we could have wished for was provided. Close enough to spend a little time in Old Town Franklin, Liepers Fork, CoolSprings, and Spring Hill. Plenty to do, great places to eat. Then the cabin was a quiet and a cozy place to sit and chat away from the city The hosts were outstanding!
