Hotel staff was on point super helpful and answered any questions we had. Also gave great restaurant recommendations. The fact no matter what time of day I left the hotel or returned it always smelled and looked very clean. The free coffee on the lobby was awesome as well.

There is nothing exceptional about this hotel. Giving it 3 stars is really pushing it. The lobby was clean and fairly nice, but the rooms and halls were very dated. Not only that, but the room wasn't particularly "clean". I found women hairs throughout the comforter. My room door was also very clearly recently repaired. It seemed like the security lock latch thing had been kicked in and they just repaired it prior to my stay. I know, because when I first opened the room door i got a yellowish wood finish/polyurethane on my hand - gross. The sink is outside of the bathroom which was clear from the photos, but what wasn't clear was the 1970s toilet/shower room. The shower curtain rod was bent in the middle and sagging, the curtain was obviously old and no longer the clean white throughout. In the shower, the tub's drain would constantly close causing the water to start piling up if you're not paying attention. Further, the faucet knob also would fall off if not careful. There was also no bathroom fan in there. If you shower, you're gonna steam up the entire room. Overall, the stay was quality was pretty bad, I would equate it to a motel with multiple stories. That said, it was super cheap for the area so I can't really complain, can I? Being so cheap, there were a lot of partiers staying there as well. The only redeeming quality was the staff worker at the front desk was very kind when I checked.

Unorganized management/ shady place to stay

Well the systems was do(so they say) it took us two day to get a room key. Maintenance had to let us in out room without even checking to see if it was out room. They just went by what we said. Anyone could have said that it eas their room and they would have let them in. Then the after the first night ( we are booked for two nights) they called the room and told us we was late on checking out. Then we we got ready to leave my cousins truck window was broken out and had things stolen out of his truck. The manager just said he was sorry! This is probably the most unorganized place I’ve ever stayed. Terrible services and the rude ladies at the check in(not everyone but most). Security is a joke and the manager guy is definitely not cut out for a managers position!

We love to stay here when we come to Nashville. We love that they have a shuttle that will drop us off downtown close to the bars. It’s ALOT cheaper than staying at a hotel downtown. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Room was clean. If I had to name something negative, it would be that there were very few plug ins by the bed for phone chargers, etc and the sheets were worn and felt very rough. I’m sure if I would have said something, they would have changed them but it wasn’t THAT big of a deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Very poor experience

To be honest, the quality of this hotel has dropped tremendously. The parking lot bumpy and the parking lines were faded. Front doors under repairs (Use other door!) The hallway reeked aroma of cheap cigar smoke; bathroom floor needed moping. Hotel has "NO room service from dining room delivery...Poor management, Christmas tree still up end of January...Very poor experience.

Not impressed with hotel

We chose this hotel because they advertise a shuttle to downtown. When we checked in we were told they don’t have the staff to offer that service as advertised which was hourly transportation to and from downtown until around 10pm. We were told they’d take us there at 7pm (we arrived at 5pm) and we’d have to find another way back. Also, even though they had very few guests staying, they put us in rooms next to each other and the walls are very thin. We could hear every word spoken from both sides of us until well after 2am. If you stay, request a room with no neighbors.
