Modern Nashville Retreat with Rooftop Views– Perfect for Your Music City Getaway

Located just 3 miles from Honky Tonk Broadway, The Duet combines two side by side homes. Each has the same floor plan/multiple rooftop decks.

We answer any questions you have before arriving to Nashville. If you need recommendations on restaurants, catering, concierge services or experiences, we are here to help with planning.

When you arrive, the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group.

We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (and of course....no bunkbeds. Do you really want to sleep with 6+ people in one room...while you're on vacay?) You'll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.
You can also expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And there are extra cleaning supplies/necessities at each home.

This was a perfect home away from home for our multi-generational family get together in Nashville. The houses are beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all that you will need and more. Roof top decks have amazing views of the city! The location is amazing, we were very close to West End and Vanderbilt. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook! I highly recommend this place on any trip to Nashville!!!!

start with the host: Text message concierge helped with activities during the weekend and ease of check out. Place: Huge- we had both condos and plenty of room for 10 adults. Showers were a delight. Location: Definitely check out the cafe at thistle farms for a great brunch.

Fantastic golf trip to Nashville

This property was the hub for our 5- day visit to Nashville. The location is close to absolutely everywhere in Nashville. The accommodations were clean and spacious, with excellent common areas for meals, drinks and conversations. The owner/ host was extremely helpful and responsive. A superb choice in a great city.

We were really happy with our stay! The house (inc. bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) was very clean and there was plenty of room for all guests to sleep comfortably. The house was well stocked with items like towels, toilet paper, and paper towels which gave us one less thing to think about! When we had questions, Shawn was very responsive and quick to help out. Immaculate, spacious and amazing!

We stayed here with a large group of girls and the property was even better than advertised and expected! Tremendous living space, perfectly clean, the comfiest beds!!!, and plentiful amenities. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Quick Uber everywhere!! We would highly, highly recommend staying here and hope to return!
