A truly stunning and stylish cottage located less than half a mile from Leiper's Fork Village shops and restaurants..

Recently renovated and furnished, this dreamy cottage is perfect for one to four guests. Just a short scenic thirty minute drive south of Nashville only ten miles from Downtown Franklin and less than half a mile from the quaint Leiper’s Fork village shops and restaurants, Little Leiper’s Cottage’s location can’t be beat! Pack your bags and venture off the four lane and enjoy a relaxing getaway!

The cottage includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom that features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and nice sitting area and Added bonus, you can access the second bedroom from the kitchen or from it’s own private entrance on the side of the cottage. Need to do laundry during your stay? No, problem
 there’s a full size washer and dryer.

From the spa products and local coffee, to the comfortable beds and linens, it is our hope that our guests not only create memories, but ultimately leave feeling rested, renewed and inspired.

We just needed a spot to stop hallway home from vacation. Didn't realize this was in such a fun area. Restaurants, live music, galleries about half mile down. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.Loved the decor here. As others noted, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Couldn't tell from the pics, but the shower is a large walkin with a curtain. Super clean and had everything we needed.

Great space

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter so she could ride a pony nearby. This cottage is nicely arranged, lots of extras (laundry pods and dryer sheets, YAY!) We arrived late, used the code provided and had NO ISSUES.:)) The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5- —we would have loved to be able to walk to dinner in town. The road does not have sidewalks and we did not feel safe walking, but the drive is literally just a few minutes away
 so that’s nice. The beds are dreamy!! :)) Would definitely return.

Felt like home!

We were on our way home from Florida and had to stop at one of our favorite towns Franklin/Leipers Fork...The cottage was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Our 3 days wasn't long enough and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute and comfortable!

Lovely cottage with great design. We really enjoyed our stay, and I slept like a baby! Only wish there had some been some water bottles waiting or maybe a Britta in the fridge since there was no drinking water the night we got in. Otherwise, A+!

Home away from home

After traveling for many weeks it was lovely to spend 4 days here. Everything we needed was provided. The bed and pillows so comfortable. A quaint cottage which was exactly what we were looking for. Nice and quiet but so close to Leipers Fork village. Be aware that there are steps to enter house. Only three at front door but would be difficult if disabled as no rail.

The cottage is cozy and clean! The kitchen is well equipped if you’re interested in cooking. Down the street from the town of Liepers Fork. Location of cottage made it easy to get around. Oh yes, I almost forgot about the comfort of the bed. Wonderful!!

Slice of Heaven

Little Leiper’s Cottage was a slice of heaven. The setting amazing, just a couple minutes from the town center. The place was absolutely darling, we wanted to move in forever. Incredibly clean, well appointed with everything you need! This place is even better than the photos!! Sarah, the host, was easy to get a hold of and very timely in responding. I could have sat in the front porch rocker all day!

Cute Town and House

The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions.

Lovely Leipers Fork Cottage

Our overall stay was good. Had problems calling Sarah. Phone would ring but then it would go silent and no one would answer. I had to call several times until I got answering service on other end. Bathroom sink very slowing draining. Back door needs weather stripping. At night when in bed, cold air came through the door. Dog barking next door. We would stay there again.
