The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t use the laundry although it was available to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but it was nice to know it was available to us if we wanted to do more. The bathroom is a good size and there were lots of towels. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as some toilet paper.Tammy is an amazing host. She truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible right from the beginning, even before we arrived. Communication with her was easy. We loved all the little touches throughout.

This is a perfect place to stay for a single person or a couple. It's close to everything without being too close to the congested and expensive downtown area. It was quiet and I liked that there is a private outside area to relax if the weather is nice, or enjoy a meal if you want to. The host of this property is very kind, responds quickly if you have questions, and takes extra care to address any special needs you might have if possible. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable and the room has natural light, or the option to keep it in more of a room darkening mode if that is your preference.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is perfect for 2 people, and has everything anyone could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The laundry room, covered patio and parking are incredibly convenient, and no steps is a huge bonus! It’s in the suburbs, but close to the highway and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Tammy is an amazing hostess. She clearly cares about her property and her visitors. We loved taking with her and highly recommend this apartment!

Stay was wonderful. Private, comfy bed, all the conveniences. Tammy is wonderful and we had some great talks on the porch overlooking the backyard. I would recommend. just what we needed

This space was perfect for me to attend a conference at Opryland and to get work done while away. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was responsive with anything that we needed.
