What a headache!

There was SO MUCH fragrance sprayed in the room it was horrible. I’m not overly sensitive to air fresheners but it ended up giving me a headache by the end of the night and that was with the window wide open and the bathroom fan running. I would never choose to stay there again even though the rest of it was not too bad.

I probably would have given them a 5 star but the breakfast bar was lacking. And the coffee was horrible, they had 2 ways to get coffee and neither was good. On the plus side, Cracker barrel is next door

February 14-17; 3 night stay

Room was nice and clean. We had to swap rooms after the first night due to the door not locking upon leaving the room and the noise on floor 2 at 2 o’clock in the morning. Both rooms were clean, but there were only 2 towels in each room for a room that sleeps 4. We requested more without issue. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It is hot and a step up from continental, but it was nothing to write home about, so if you are factoring hot breakfast into choosing where to stay (which we were), don’t have high expectations.

Don’t stay there. As soon as you walk into the lobby of the hotel, you are overcome with the smell of fragrance that is throughout the whole building, including your room. Room is dated. Spacious though. Bed was at least comfortable for being old. Tub was slippery. The only positive things I can say about the hotel is that it was cheap and the coffee was good at breakfast
