THE PROPERTY
Rest and restore or become well acquainted with Music City, USA, just 25 minutes south, while staying at this peaceful Ridgetop vacation rental (DUPLEX) home! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, this space is perfect for a group of 6 seeking a Tennessee getaway. Enjoy numerous amenities, such as a Weber grill, furnished patio, hammock, fire pit, trampoline, tire swing and children s playset with swings (great for kids!!).

Immediately, you ll feel at home in this cozy and eclectic Ridgetop home! Tasteful decor, natural light, and numerous comforts, including wireless internet access, altogether create a comfortable stay for guests.

After a day in the city or on the Cumberland River, unwind in the living room, complete with plush furnishings and a flat-screen Smart TV - perfect for binge-watching your favorite Netflix originals. If you prefer to relax outside, pour yourself a glass of wine before setting up shop at the patio table. Let your free-range kids go wild with the swing, trampoline, and play set.

Once hunger strikes, fire up the Weber charcoal grill for an at-home barbecue! Easily prepare complementing dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting essential appliances and ample counter space. Choose to dine indoors at the 6-person table or feast al fresco back out on the patio!

Continue into the night with s mores and stargazing around the outdoor fire pit. A hot shower in the full bathroom and 2 queen beds in either bedroom will be waiting inside for when you re ready to call it a day!

THE LOCATION
Located on a dead end street, this (DUPLEX) home provides a peaceful getaway in the hills of Tennessee - if that s what you desire!

The owners live on the other side. Your privacy is important to them and they do their best to respect that and are also available for any needs that might arise. The only shared space is the carport (separated by curtains) and the yard. You get first priority to them.

If you re looking for more of an upbeat trip, you'll be happy to know that this property is located just 25 minutes from all of Nashville s major attractions.

Down the street lie plenty of restaurants and quintessential shops - perfect for your everyday needs. Just south, Goodlettsville offers attractions such as Pleasant Green Pool and Moss-Wright Park. There are also antique malls when you re in the mood for shopping, along with local eateries like Chef s Market!

Spend a day on Old Hickory Lake, found just 12.5 miles from the property. Swoop up a boat from Sweetwater Pontoon Rentals to take full advantage of your day on the water! If you plan on staying ashore, Rockland Recreation Area provides access to fishing, picnicking, and swimming. In the evening, catch a live music performance at Anchor High Marina!

Not much farther south, you ll find Tennessee s state capital, Nashville! Do-not-miss-stops include the Ryman, the Grand Ole Opry, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, Centennial Park, and the Tennessee State Capital. Make sure to experience a true Honky Tonkin on Lower Broadway at joints like Acme Feed and Seed, Nashville Underground, and Tootsie s Orchid Lounge.

The trampoline does not have a net around it as pictured. The place swingset is old and seems unsafe. Do not book this place assuming your children will be playing in the backyard you need to bring your own salt and pepper as there was none there the spices left by previous guests are all outdated and should be thrown out it would really be nice if they got a new refrigerator there is no icemaker and no water if you don’t want to drink tapwater, you need to bring your own water it would be helpful to clearly mark the driveways when you come in at night, it’s hard to see overall it was comfortable enough and clean

I had an amazing time here. It's a beautiful wooded area with a nice home and amenities. I only wish I could see the house number when dark. When I initially checked in it was after 8pm and the sun was down.

Family Vacation

This was an amazing find for us! We travel here often from Texas to visit family. My brother is 2 miles away so this location couldn’t be more convenient. Amy and Brandon were super accommodating and made certain the place was well stocked. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best stocked. The property is cute and totally met our needs. My five year old grandson loved the swing and play area. It is convenient to downtown and Opryland. Our teens ubered to the Opry last night and will uber to CMA fest downtown. This definitely will be our go to place on our return visits. Highly recommend it!

Perfect

This was my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. Stocked well, comfy beds, extra pillows/blankets, clean, perfect size. The owners are very communicative and kind. The area is quiet and beautiful but still not too long of a drive from the city. This is our spot when we visit central Tennessee!

Pleasant stay

Home was very clean, nicely decorated. Check-in was easy and owner was very accommodating. Was disappointed in the playset, it wasn't very secure feeling and we felt uncomfortable about letting the 1 yr old and 3 yr old play on it. They did enjoy the trampoline and hammock. Owner stated they would be seeing about fixing the playset. All and all we had a wonderful trip

Great vacation stay

This was a great stay for our vacation. Close drive to Nashville. The town itself had anything you needed within minutes drive. Great play set and trampoline for my daughter. And we had a blast at the fire pit at night. Spacious rooms, and bedrooms. And the hosts were wonderful. The dishwasher went out the second day we were there and they replaced it right away. Would definitely stay again.

Return Visit

Highly recommend this location if you’re visiting the Nashville area. Our second stay while visiting son who has moved to Greenbrier. Just like home!

This apartment is perfect. Located on a quiet dead end street. Off street parking. Everything was labeled. I would have moved in if I could! Definitely recommend and would stay again. You will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous home stocked with everything we needed and more

We had a wonderful stay here for our first TN vacation. This home was absolutely beautiful and decorated so tastefully. It was cozy and roomy and had everything we needed and more. You could tell the owners took pride in their property and we’re very thoughtful in providing all the necessities to make it feel like home for their guests. It was clean, comfortable and a great place to wind down and cool down after a busy, hot day in Nashville! So much better than staying at a hotel, especially with our daughter in tow! She loved the playground and trampoline outside and we loved the smart TV’s with all of our favorite shows! We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is traveling to Tennessee!

Exactly as described. Very comfortable property.

Rental process very easy from beginning to end, with no surprises. Property very clean and Southern quaint. Had everything we needed plus many other amenities we would have used if our stay had been longer. I would definitely re-book if I return for another visit!

We were in the area for a few family events and a vacation in Nashville. 15-20 minutes from most major attractions with light traffic. Lots of good recommendations from the owners. They were great about communicating with us, letting us know about increased activity on their side of the duplex. Overall wonderful experience!

Absolutely Stunning!

The online pictures do not do enough justice for how beautiful not only the house is but the property itself! Our girls getaway weekend was made complete by this tiny slice of nature! In the morning we relaxed and listened to the birds chirping as we cooked breakfast in the stunning kitchen then danced all night in Nashville which was a simple uber ride away! Our hosts even put together a binder with information on everything we could possibly need! We definitely followed up on the restaurant recommendations and did not regret it! I would recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat!

Draft weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay . The house was clean and quaint. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe update some of the pillows as they were fairly flat and uncomfortable. Also, a mirror on the wall of the street side bedroom would have been helpful. With one bathroom and a full house , it was difficult for me to do hair and makeup . The other bedroom has mirrors but occupied so I couldn’t get in there. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Thank you so much!!
