Our Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast-while good- did not have eggs/hash browns available for 2 mornings-and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to re-fill them. Overall, our stay was very nice!

The room we stayed in was filthy, blood on the carpets, mold in the tubs and stains on the comforters. The room door handle was broken. I have never been so disgusted in my life. The area was great and parking was convenient.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating, I feel the property itself is in need of a makeover, the rooms could definitely use some renovations. The woman who handled breakfast every morning was fantastic, she is a hard worker and makes sure everything is in order.

When we first came into the room, it had about 30 pillows on the sofa. Garbage cans were missing. The sink for the bathroom was running very very low. for the price I payed for the room I don’t think it was worth it, but I don’t think it will be something I would share with anyone as well.

Clean and comfortable but needs a refresher.

Formally a Residence Inn, now Sonesta ES, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Like a studio apartment. Would’ve expected a full refresher with the Sonesta take-over… still appeared to have the original carpet that was torn and tattered stepping in the bathroom. But bed was new and comfortable and room was very clean. Dead of winter and the HVAC worked well and was quiet, which is important to me. Hard to beat for the price in the Brentwood area and I’ll stay there again.

The room was very spacious. It could have had a more thorough cleaning and better pillows, but overall it was comfortable. The staff were all amazing especially the gentleman that checked us in (name starts with a K!!) the food selection was pretty decent and I would stay here again!
