The bed, AC, kitchen, location, room access, and work desk were comfortable and allowed me to be cozy. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was slightly better than most hotels. I only take off a few points for there being 2 dead spiders on the wall and the shower could use a small renovation. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. ~3.5 stars.

Front desk staff upon arrival 10/10 she was welcoming and informative! Room: Nothing special, dated, bathroom needs a lot of attention, peeling paint, black mold growing on walls and other areas, toilet was missing the seat cover. Just not what pictures look like online. Other tenants: NOISY! can hear every conversation going on within the corridors, upstairs tenants (pretty sure they live there) walking around all night, noisy coming down the stairs, just very loud all the time. Grounds: Brentwood is honestly beautiful, and the property is located next to a decent sized pond, great area to walk, the grounds could be cleaned better, corridors are messy, and building could use a power wash. Probably would not stay here again unfortunately.

Booked a handicap room for my mom as she just had knee surgery. Got there to check in and they gave her a regular room on the second floor with no elevator. They changed the reservation and didn’t tell us. They offered to get her a room at a sister hotel - we had 5 rooms for our group and they wanted to send her to a hotel by herself. The front desk gal wasn’t very accommodating nor did she act like she cared. All 5 rooms had no hot water a certain points. When we went to the front desk to ask about it, the attendant was on the phone with another room and rudely let them know “others are getting ready too so you’ll have to wait for hot water”. There’s no room service unless you’re there for 7 days so don’t expect clean towels unless you go to the front to get them. Rooms are kind of old and need updating but the bed was comfortable. We didn’t try breakfast so no review on that. But overall we were not happy with how our reservation was changed with no warning or with the rude staff.

Spacious room, easy check-in and out. Breakfast was okay. Clean enough, not top notch, but biggest complaint would be the sound from neighbors. We could hear the people above us going to bed, turning in bed and using the restroom.
