Stylish 2 Bedroom in the Gulch

Welcome to Mercury View Lofts! This 2 bedroom is a spacious 950 sq ft situated on the 4th floor of our building in the heart of the Gulch neighborhood in downtown Nashville.

Your Property:
Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue two blocks further to enjoy Broadway nightlife. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.

The 950 SF loft features 15 ft ceilings and huge windows that overlook the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers two king-size beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides a second sleeping spot if needed. The first bedroom towards the front of the unit is a true bedroom with a door and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom is a lofted space with an opening to the living room. There is a room divider provided to offer guests sleeping in this bedroom privacy. We offer a Smart-TV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the unit!

Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the fourth floor. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent your access information, including a keypad code that you will use to enter the building, and a code to the lockbox next to the unit, which is where you will locate the keys to your unit!

Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app.

Our rental is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small, local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville memorable. We let our guests have their space, but if needed, we are around to help and on-call 24/7. If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. → Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ Entry: You will have keys to the unit. You will receive two codes before check-in via email - one for the building access and one to the lockbox at the unit door.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 6 people. There are a dishwasher and icemaker. Laundry is in the unit. There are two king beds and a queen sofa bed. Note that the bedroom in the living room is NOT separated by a door, it is an open lofted concept with two steps to the bedroom. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Linen for the sofa bed is housed in the chaise of the sofa. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper after the initial set up is used. Feel free to use our record player! Please be mindful of our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. You can also reference your Airbnb itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, and our contact info.

We absolutely loved our stay at this super cute and spacious loft in the Gulch! The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room, stylish décor, and a great layout that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was ideal, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The management team was fantastic—great communication throughout our stay, including letting us know when we could check in early and ensuring we had adequate parking. The entire process from booking to check-out was simple and seamless. We’d definitely stay here again!

The host was communicative, which made checking in and out easy. The place was spacious and clean. The 2 king beds were super comfortable. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a door though so the light from the big living room windows can make it difficult to sleep if you’re a person who needs total darkness. It was in a convenient location and other than an occasional siren it was quiet from street noise.

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at one of UrbanNashville’s lofts. They have great communication and assisted me the entire booking with questions and various arrangements. They linked me up with a room decorating company that added the perfect decor for my 2 friends’ birthdays. The loft was perfect!! Spacious and extremely clean with lots of back up toilet paper, dish wash pods and laundry pods. Easy entry instructions and staff available to reach out throughout the day for questions. The location was ideal too. About 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and walking distance for lots of Gulch fun and eateries. The only (minor) issue was the need for a few more kitchen trash bags, maybe some kind of cleaning wipes or spray, and some blackout blinds or curtains. Nothing that impacted our experience. Thank you all for making our birthday weekend so special!!
