BEDROOMS + BATHS

Every room here is a real, private room with a door. Each bedroom has its own colors, high ceilings, a memory foam king, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find three king bedrooms plus a private flex room with a fifth king. On the main floor there's a king bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a private front flex room with a queen Murphy bed and a TV. It doubles as a second lounge when you don't need the extra bed. Every bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and body wash.



KITCHEN + LIVING

The remodeled kitchen has everything you need for a group dinner in: stainless appliances, a big island and a full set of cookware and dishes. It opens to the dining area and a bright living room with a flat-screen TV. Across the foyer, the front flex room works as a second lounge, so movie night and game night can both happen.



OUTSIDE

The back deck is the spot to hang out. Eat outside, pour a glass of wine and enjoy the yard.



GOOD TO KNOW

This is a quiet, established family neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, and parties or events of any kind are not allowed. There's a small, self-contained basement apartment that's used occasionally. It has a completely separate entrance and garage, so you have full privacy.



Guest Access:

The whole main house is yours, except for a couple of locked supply closets. Self check-in with a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Historic Edgefield is one of East Nashville's prettiest pockets: tree-lined streets, restored homes and a real neighborhood feel. Walk to Five Points for pizza, BBQ, cocktails and live music at The Basement East, or hang out at East Park. Downtown is about 2.5 miles away.



Getting Around:

Downtown and Broadway are a 10 to 15 minute Uber (around $20, guests say) or a 45 minute walk if you're feeling ambitious. Free parking for 3 cars on site.



Other Things to Note:

Please lock all doors when you're out and keep valuables out of parked cars. Stays of 3 weeks or longer include an additional cleaning fee. Exterior cameras are in use for safety.



Interaction with Guests:

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.
