Enjoy a grand back patio with Fabulous Ocean Views at front alongside a pool for your leisure. Tastefully Furnished Private Estate Home with Breathtaking Views of the Ocean!
Snorkel/swim in the ocean and visit one of the beautiful, colorful Coral Reefs or Dive/fish for Snappers and Lobsters! The outdoor area has a beautiful gazebo with pool adirondack chairs to enjoy the pool.
There are Seven bedrooms and FIVE and a half bathrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, connecting bathroom and Ocean Views. The second bedroom has a King Size bed and views of the pool and gazebo. The third bedroom has two full size beds and two twin beds (two sets of bunk beds) with views of the ocean. Seventh bedroom has a king size bed too. Most bedrooms have 55 inch TV's. There is High Speed Internet included, just bring along a laptop. Beautiful Living, Dining room and Kitchen, all with views of the pool outback. Relax and Unwind as you sit on our Lounge Chairs and feel ocean breeze! You'll love our SeaSide Villa and Swimming Pool with Gazebo!

Our Private SeaSide Villa is located on Yamacraw Hill Road of the Island of New Providence, Nassau.

The Villa is internet/wifi ready. It is a three (3) minute drive from the grocery store Super Value and Solomon's Fresh Market. Wendy's and Domino's Pizza are a five minute drive.
There is privacy at the SeaSide Villa as home and pool/gazebo are completely enclosed with a private gate at front and the swimming pool, gazebo and back patio activities very private.

Kindly note that on the right hand side of the building, there is a Town home attached. We currently have a long term tenant in the Town home which is attached to Seaside Paradise. Seaside Paradise is completely separate and apart from the Town home . Also, the back yard with pool and gazebo is exclusively for VRBO guests.

SeaSide Paradise is approximately a 15 minute drive to Atlantis, Paradise Island where there are many activities and ways to spend your leisure time as follows:

There are numerous restaurants to choose from such as Carmine's,Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, the Market Place, SeaFire, Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and Starbucks, at the Marina Village at Atlantis Resort.

There is the One and Only Ocean Club and Atlantis with great golf courses, snorkeling, boating, Dolphin Encounters, Para-sailing and the Bo-Hingy boat which can take visitors to a nearby island called Harbor Island to see the gorgeous pink sand beaches.

Bay Street, the Town Center is an 18 minute drive from the Villa. There you will find a straw Market, Rum Cake Factory, Senior Frogs Bar and Restaurant, The Governors House, Luciano's Restaurant, just to name a few things.

On the other hand, the SeaSide Villa is a quiet, relaxing get-away where you can sit back on our fabulous Oceanfront patio and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Ocean which seem to release a feeling of Peace/Tranquility and enjoy a little bit of Heaven on Earth!

There is a Five Star, world famous resort called Atlantis, located on the very popular Paradise Island. Visit the restaurants and shops at Marina Village, tennis, swim with the dolphins or participate in various tourist sea excursions. Tourists can buy a day pass for $135 per adult and $80 per child (prices are seasonal) and be able to enjoy all of its facilities including the Water Theme Park, slides, underwater aquariums and gorgeous beaches.

A visit to Blue Lagoon Island is highly recommended where you can pat the Sea Lions and swim with the Dolphins.Guests can spend a whole or half day on the beach on this excursion.

There is a full day 'Family Island' trips/excursions on the 'Bohengy Boat' (also called Bahamas Fast Ferries) which takes approximately 2-1/2 hours to travel to family islands like Harbor Island, Eleuthera, where there are more gorgeous, secluded beaches with pink sand.
Kindly note there is a Townhouse attached to the residence. It is completely separate from the residence; however; the front driveway only is shared. The back yard with pool and gazebo are exclusively for guests only.
Seaside Paradise is available to NON-LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY. We reserve the right to cancel local reservations. EXCEPT during the period SEPTEMBER 1st to DECEMBER 10th, Bahamians are welcome during the period 9/1 to 12/10 of each year.

Beautiful property with a view

Very spacious and beautiful home with a private pool. We were there celebrating my daughter‘s 21st birthday and her and her friends had an amazing time. Lots of selfie opportunities, beautiful landscaping, and the host was amazingly responsive. Perfect way to celebrate in the Bahamas. Definitely worth booking plenty of parking and within 15 to 20 minute drive to Nassau downtown area. With plenty of shopping and local grocery stores nearby..

The Most Beautiful Oceans

This property was amazing and if we were to ever go back to the Bahamas we would stay her for sure. SO many rooms, SO much space, located in a safe and quiet part of the island. Cathy was AMAZING! Seaside Surprise

The purpose of our trip was for our big family to all be together in the Bahamas to say good bye to a beloved matriarch who made the Bahamas her home for over 50 years. This home was clean, the linens and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the space accommodated our large family gathering. The property had a good amount of parking space and the pool was an added bonus. Thank You for making our return trip to the Bahamas that much more memorable.

FABULOUS STAY!

I normally don't write reviews however, we had such a FABULOUS stay!!! Loved the beautiful scenery, the ocean view across the street is phenomenal! Sitting on the balcony and smelling the salty ocean, feeling the breeze, and enjoying watching the waves was so relaxing. Living accommodations were comfortable too. It even has a pool, grill, gazebo, and picnic tables out back for entertainment. It has a gate and completely walled, so we felt safe. Host was reachable and friendly. Chef came and made us daiquiris upon our arrival per our request! Best of all, we were only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were able to drive to the tourist areas but come back and have our own private oasis after. Would definitely come back!!

Huge Home with Beautiful Outdoor Pool

This was my second time staying at the Seaside Villa. We loved it so much the first time that we went back with my sister and her family and rented out the entire home! This home was PERFECT for two families and did not disappoint. There were lots of beds, bedrooms and our group of 10 were very comfortable and had lots of room. We spent so much time in the back pool area. There's a beautiful gazebo, lounge chairs and tables! The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and my family and sister's family especially loved the gorgeous ocean view from the home. The location is great. It's a 5 minute drive to the Pink Octopus oceanfront restaurant and 15 minute drive to Atlantis where we got day passes at. The weather was so gorgeous during our stay and our families are excited about going back and staying here again. Cathy is a wonderful host and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely vacation home in Nassau!

Gorgeous Home with Outdoor Pool!!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this home and plan to book again when we go to the Bahamas next year! I cannot say enough good things about this home! The home was very clean and the outdoor area is perfect for families! Cathy was a wonderful host. She responded quickly and was very kind and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. The home has a pool out back which my kids loved! It also has a very cute gazebo so that we could hang out and lay on the lounge chairs while the kids swam. There was lots of room for kids to play out in the backyard as well as 2 tables to have meals outside. We really loved waking up on the second floor and drinking coffee out on the balcony while enjoying views of the beautiful ocean across the street and feeling the sea breeze. Overall, the place was clean and gorgeous. We took a day trip to Atlantis which was about 15 minutes away and the house was very close (about 3 minute drive) to Solomon's Supermarket. We really enjoyed our family vacation at this home and cannot wait to return next year!!!! Cathy was awesome!

LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE BACK!

At this point, all of my family, friends and I have stayed in the different units of the home! We just love this location and property. I mean it has the views and beach, what more could you ask for? This place fits all our needs! Plus everything is always tidy and well kept! This area is just the right distance from paradise island and the main tourist attractions but with the much needed privacy and peace you want in a getaway! Great trip and amazing stay!

This place has the BEST ocean views! My husband and I LOVED the balcony with the views of the water and surrounding landscape. We were right next to the beach which was exactly what we were looking for! It was also nice relaxing by the pool, enjoying the lounge chairs! Finally found our go to vrbo rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental! It was very comfy and welcoming. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the area. We walked straight to the beach as soon as we arrived. I could not believe how close we were to such a beautiful beach. We also, of course made use of the pool and hung out underneath the cabana. Absolutely loved hanging outside on the patio. Cathy is excellent and we are so happy she has this little piece of paradise for us to enjoy. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back next year!
