Lots of space

My family and I consisting of 6 adults really enjoyed this location. Close enough to walk to the gym or grocery store. Both pools were clean and refreshing. Absolutely loved Steve! He was so great and even brought over a BBQ grill for us to use. Only negative would be the bugs! Lots of mosquitos and little black biting flies.

Quiet Gem

Silk Cotton Villas is a very secluded little gem tucked away. The grounds are beautiful, with plant life and fruit trees. The pool is beautiful. I stayed at Villa-10 which conveniently accommodated 7 of us. Tones and Adrian are on ground security within this gated community and they were the best. The only problem we had was the wash machine wasn’t working, but I’m sure that between Scott and Kent they will be taking care of that soon. They were most accommodating. I would definitely stay at Silk Cotton Villas again.

Oh, we will be back!

We were 8 people, from two families and had an absolute wonderful time. The host Scott was great. He was able to get us information to local activities, restaurants, and his staff were equally responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, close to Paradise Island (Atlantis and great beaches). The villa was clean, roomy, each room had entertainment which kept everyone happy in the evenings after a busy active day. The grounds are a lush green giving you that sense of calm. Loved the pool and hot-tub. There is a café on site, and the food is great. You can also have meals prepared and they will deliver to the villa, with very reasonable prices, considering food is not cheap here. We would certainly recommend Silk Cotton Villa’s, and will definitely come back!

My family was very pleased with the property.

The place is an oasis . We felt at home From the moment we walked into the property until the checkout day. Property, staff, gardens, pools, hot tub. Amazing!!! Clean!!!! Blown away by the size, decor and comfort of the location. Marvelously decorated, extremely comfortable mattresses, large spacious kitchen. Just a wonderful stay. Only con no filter for showers, salt water showers a bit uncomfortable. Loved every single thing else.
