This property is in a upper-middle class tourist oriented neighborhood. Surrounded by many other airbnb's and small motels. It is in a quiet dead end secured private yard. The host are very friendly and helpful. The property is centurally located to Bahamar, The Pointe, Holiday Inn, and Atlantis. It is 5 minute walk to Saunders Beach along with other beach such as Western Esplanade and Junkanoo Beach with a police station being directly across from Junkanoo Beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the world famous Fish Fry, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and many other native and international restaurants. It is also a 20 minute walk to Downtown, Bay Street where the internationally recongized world famous Straw Market is located, and is ideal for viewing, shopping,browsing,and relaxing. You can also browse Nassau Habour where you can view the brand new cruise ship port. You can also book a jetski ride and other water sports while staying at Seaside Inn. Along with a weekend tour viewing the island while visiting historical sites and beaches. We are a 35 minute drive away from Sir Lynden Pindling International Airport.
