The room we were assigned when we checked in had not been made up. We were assigned a different room that had been made up and we left and went to dinner because we were late due to the problem with the first room. When we returned to the hotel we met a couple who were headed to their third room after the first two hadn't been made up. When we got to our room we discovered there were holes in the sheets and the shower wasn't clean

Your staff was very accommodating. We went to our room and the temperature was 99 degrees due to A/C needing to be repaired. The head of housekeeping immediately moved us to another room. She was excellent! Our room key did not work for 2 days and that was rendered immediately after each incident. Only one elevator in operation and one ice machine for 4 floors.All employees were kind and courteous. The biggest problem at this location is they really don’t have what they need to run this Historic Hotel. This is a big problem for all your workers and your guest. Thank you for allowing me to comment!

The lady up front was nice and friendly. The room was beautiful. We had a nice suite. Shower was nice. Bed and rooms were nice. Very comfortable.

Property is centrally located, reasonably priced and rooms are spacious and clean. However, the hallways are not well air conditioned, the ice machines have been broken all summer, except on one floor and one elevator has been broken since May. The breakfast is fine, but the offerings were the same three days in a row. Parking at the hotel is limited and the overflow lot is a block away. Not great at night for women staying alone. Stay here for the location and spacious rooms.

Disappointed and disgusted. The rooms are FILTHY To say the least . I booked a double was handed a dirty single with hair in the bed a disgusting brown to what once was white shower.just filthy! I asked for a full refund and was told i would recieve a 20.00 credit

What we did like was the proximity to the historic district. Walking distance to areas of interest. What we didn't like was the filthy shower that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Covered in mold and mildew and a filthy shower pan. Very little water pressure. No liquid bath soap. shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. Parking was terrible after about 4:00 pm. Breakfast was a joke. Small boxes of junk food cereal and milk in a pitcher, not a sealed carton. Breakfast and parking were not worth one penny of what we were charged. Every day, we had to get our card key redone at the front desk. There was no literature in the lobby for guests to plan their days activities. What makes this even worse, we invited family to join us as they had never been to this city. We have been there before but stayed at the Holiday Inn. We asked them to try this place with us because it was walking distance to our area of interest. When we saw the rooms, the parking and the "breakfast", we were ashamed and had to apologize for recommending this place. Well below standards for a Wyndham Hotel.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was conveniently located with shopping and dining in very close proximity. The rooms were very spacious and had somewhat of a vintage feel. The wooden floors were amazing, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, and it was very quiet. Some people talked about the limited parking in back of hotel, but we never had a problem parking, and there was always available spots. If ever visiting Natchitoches in the future, this will definitely be my go to hotel!! The BEST!!
