The Cliffside vacation home rental sits above the Chalk Creek Valley and just under the 800 feet tall Chalk Cliffs. The home is a Frank Lloyd Wright design which makes all the spaces functional and useful for your family's Colorado vacation. The home boasts three levels, three fire places and three bed rooms. There are three and a half baths and a full kitchen. Two bedrooms are upstairs and the downstairs family bedroom that can sleep four has a queen and a set of twin bunk beds. The house has recently been remodeled and offers an amazing master bedroom with spectacular master bath. The large westerly facing deck and windows are sure to open the Colorado sunset up to the entire house. Your stay could simply be focused on the house because of its comfort and charm of a mountain style vacation lodge...but while you are there you may want to walk to the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort which is just down the hill, drive up to the famous ghost town of St. Elmo or go hiking along the Colorado Trail. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
