Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's house on the farm grounds, where you'll find our animal friends. All on one level, you enter into a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave) opening onto the lounge/dining area, furnished with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190cm), one with a bunk bed; one with a double bed (140x190cm); and one with a double bed (140x190cm). A shower room and separate WC are also provided. Central heating is included.

The property features an enclosed garden, a swing, and a slide. A shared chlorine swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 0.95m to 1.55m, open from late April to November, covered, with a gate and safety barrier) is available.

Baby equipment is available upon request: high chair, baby bath, and travel cot. Come and discover a 6-person holiday cottage near Bergerac and Sarlat, nestled between the Bastide Country and the Dordogne Valley. You can visit our castles (Les Milandes, Beynac, etc.) as well as our many caves. You'll enjoy the summer events: farmers' and gourmet markets, traditional threshing festivals, and much more. You can hike on marked trails, swim in the Dordogne River, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
On our property, enjoy a panoramic view of the charming bastide town of Beaumont-du-Périgord. This cottage has been restored in the Périgord style.

Your children will love participating in farm life with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and sheep.
