Passarell by Totiaran is a 180 m2 dwelling distributed over 3 floors. The first level, of 100 m2, is composed of a spacious living room and dining area with a fireplace. The living-dining room with mountain views. The kitchen is semi-integrated and fully equipped with the best qualities. The sofa area is ideal for resting and watching TV next to the fireplace. Its dining table is spacious and cosy.



The apartment is complemented by 5 bedrooms + an attic, equipped for 13 people and 4 bathrooms, two parking spaces and two ski lockers. It offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom with two single beds + 2 trundle beds with en-suite bathroom, a 3rd bedroom with two beds,



From the car park you can directly access the ski storage room and the cable car through some lifts that will leave you at the same entrance of access to the ski lift.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.
