This luxury GULF FRONT 6th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite property management company at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king sized bed in the second bedroom, and twin + twin trundle and full sized bed in the third bedroom.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Would be five stars if not for the beach service and lack of communication

Loved, loved the property. A few kitchen items were old so we picked up scissors and a decent wine opener. We liked it so much I sent a message to the rental company to book for next year-never received an answer. This was not the first time as I never got a response to a message earlier in the summer. Clean unit, but the bed pads were worn and disgusting. Linens should be serviced and covers should fit the beds. The king bed had a queen comforter. The part we had issue with was the La Vida Loca beach service. We had two chairs and umbrella that came with the unit. I’m on vacation so getting up at 6:30am to secure a spot was not going to happen. Only after calling the rental company did we have the same chairs for the remainder of our stay. The beach attendant had the nerve to approach us and ask why we called and complained. I spoke to the rental company in August before we came down after seeing multiple people say this was an issue. We did not need front row, just a convenient spot for a 78 year old. Sadly he lost on a great tip as I don’t pay for poor service and attitude. We will come back to Navarre, but we will choose a different company to assist. Vacation should not be difficult. The views are stunning. The property very well maintained. I hope the owners ask more of the company who is representing their interest.

Great Home and Location

We had 3 couples in the rental and had plenty of room for all. The property is just as listed. It was very clean inside and around the property. You saw several workers working throughout the day cleaning windows, elevators, landscaping, community room, pool etc. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. The beach and view is beautiful. We took an extra umbrella and chairs to use in addition to the one that is available with the rental. We were able to store our chairs in the storage unit which made it very convenient. The exercise room is small, however it had everything needed to exercise each morning. We walked to Andy D's and Windjammers on the Pier for dinner. Andy D's was very good and would recommend. Windjammers was good for drinks after walking the pier. We were not impressed with their food quality. We also ate at the Grillhouse Steak and Seafood. The food quality and service was outstanding, would definitely recommend. A couple of recommendations to make your stay perfect, take your own pillow. The pillows were not very good. One of the bedrooms has a window that lets light in. If you are a light sleeper take a mask. The dryer did not dry very good; so be prepared if you plan to dry clothes and towels. The ice machine produced lots of ice, however it doesn't work on the outside of the door. The property manager communicated very well and when we had an issue responded quickly. This was a beautiful property and would highly recommend to make your vacation one to remember. We have never stayed on Navarro beach and it was less crowded than Destin and Panama city. We were looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach with family!

SPRING TRIP

Everything was great. The only problem we had was having to go down everyday before 7:00 to secure the beach set up. Had I known I would have just rented my own set up for the week instead of the one included. That should be explained in the info when you get the entry codes. I looked on line and the date for reserving the chairs was 2 days from date of reserving. Even getting our while he was setting them up there was very few front row setups available.

best condo ever

LOVED this 3 bedroom condo on the 6th floor. The condo is very well spaced out and a bathroom for each room. The patio was large and had enough room and seating. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean and updated. The trash chute on the same floor was a bonus. One of the best parts of the stay was the storage room on the ground level for your beach equipment. The only recommendation is to put darkening curtains in the bedroom to the left when you enter. The blinds are not inside the window so a lot of light comes in the window from the 6th floor. It is very light in the room with the lights off. Also, the refrigerator doesn't get very cold. But overall, it was a top rating condo and I would highly recommend the condo and area. The check in and out process was flawless. And I love the keyless entry. Best vacation.

Beautiful location and condo!

We had a great time visiting Navarre Beach! There was so much to do and was not overly crowded like other local beaches. We were close enough to drive to Destin one day then drove to Pensacola Beach for dinner. We snorkeled, parasailed, and watched ocean life from the pier. The condo was wonderful with plenty of space. The only negative was the ice machine and water did not work in the fridge and there was not response from the property manager in fixing it. There were plenty of pot, pans, and utensils but no seasonings or extra trash bags, etc. We would love to come back again soon!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, great location. You can very easily walk to the pier and restaurants. Covered parking is nice. Linda was great to deal with booking, and all my questions lol. The only negatives I have are the listing said the guest bedroom has a full and a twin bed, but it was two twins. We made it work though. Also, it says there is 4 TVs...and there are BUT you can only watch three at a time if you use the satellite. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

We loved everything about our stay at Beach Colony. Our condo was one of the most spacious rentals we have ever stayed in and beautifully decorated, comfortable and up to date. The kitchen was large and well stocked. All three bathrooms were huge and even the laundry room was big. The location was perfect and the view from the condo was gorgeous. We will definitely be back!

Unexpectedly Forced to Change Reservation

First of all (since i'm not sure which room this review is going to post on), I booked room West 6D, but was forced to stay in West 4A. So my review on the room is going to reflect 4A. Upon arrival at the condo, we first noticed that the furniture that was shown in the pictures, was not what was included. There was a rug an extra chair in the living room in the pictures, that was not included in the room. When you're constantly walking around on the hard floor, it is nice to have a rug to make things more homey feeling. We had to wear our shoes all week because the floor was disgusting. I don't believe that it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The third bedroom, which had the twin beds, had a bathroom attached. The toilet in that bathroom would run every single time you flushed it, unless you adjusted the handle. My children could not adjust the handle right, so every time they went to the bathroom we had to go in there and fix it. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Bare necessities. Cheap plastic cooking utensils. Large TV, cheap utensils, no games, no dvds. Now let me give you some background about my overall booking experience: I booked Beach Colony West 6D back in June 2020. At first, i was sent a reply that the room was booked alread, however after i questioned the fact i could book the same room on another website for a little more money, it was then noted that it was in fact available. So i continued to book and pay the first deposit. In September, I received an email from VRBO stating my quote had been edited (my dates of stay were different). We immediately called Linda (the property manager) and she advised that everything looked good on her end, she wasn't sure why it was saying that. Then, when i went to adjust our dates to remove on day off the end of our stay, that is when it came to light that another guest had booked also, and my booking and theirs were mixed up. They had my name attached to a different 3 bedroom and their name attached to the one that i booked, although it was on my VRBO account. The second party booked after we did and the only option we were given was to change to a different room or cancel. I was extremely unhappy that i booked as early as i did and another guest took the room that we booked, even though we booked first. We love Navarre, but will not book with Linda again. She was extremely rude and made it sound like it was our fault that it happened.

Family Vacation

From start to finish this was the easiest process! The condo looks just like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and adequately stocked. There was plenty of room for our family as well as hosting friends who were also in town for vacation. Next time we head to the gulf coast we will definitely try to book this unit for sure!!

Beautiful Condo. Great location. Family friendly

This is a great place to stay. Very family friendly. Plenty of room for 8 people. Easy access to the beach. My only suggestion is to take stock of what you need, for your stay, before you go to the store. We ordered groceries, for pick up, before we got there and had to go back to the store to get basic necessities.
