This newly constructed two bedroom, three bath home is a true vacationer’s dream, with relaxing beach atmosphere and upscale welcoming décor throughout. Experience ultimate tranquility, with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa sound and The Gulf of Mexico.
This beach home has so much to offer! Upon entering this stunning, single-story home, you will find the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The inviting living area boasts of comfortable seating and large windows, along with a large wall-mounted, flat screen smart television. Enjoy immediate access to the expansive covered patio from the living area where you can take in views of The Gulf of Mexico. The picnic style dining table seats seven guest, and there are four additional barstools by the kitchen breakfast bar for added convenience. The spacious kitchen is truly a sight to see, with gorgeous quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful driftwood cabinetry, a large kitchen island, as well as a stunning tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the area.

The two king suites, each with private bathrooms, provide private access to the back deck. Each suite also comes equipped with flat screen smart televisions. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in the main space with bunkbeds and twin trundle day beds available to comfortably sleep four Additional guests.

Feelin’ Beachy accommodates up to eight guest comfortably.

The full size laundry room is another amenity of the space, equipped with a large capacity full sized washer and dryer.

The main residential area of this home is offered as a vacation rental. The guest quarters are located next door and may be occupied by owners during your stay. Complete privacy is provided between each residence, both inside and outside.
