Experience the best of Navarre Beach from this charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat, where stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings create the perfect beach escape. Start your mornings on the private balcony overlooking brilliant turquoise waters, and spend your days swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or simply unwinding in the beauty of the Emerald Coast. This inviting getaway is designed for rest, relaxation, and making lasting memories.

When you’re ready to venture out, Pensacola is just a short drive away with great shopping, local dining, and entertainment. Families will also love visiting the nearby Gulf Breeze Zoo for a fun-filled day everyone can enjoy.

Please note: we are unable to host guests with service animals or emotional support animals due to a child in our family with pet allergies. We also do not provide baby gates for the stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

A welcome letter with check-in and check-out details, access codes, and condo policies will be emailed 2–4 weeks before your stay. Great family townhouse

We had a great stay during our vacation to Navarre Beach. This house had plenty of room for our family of seven (3 adults, 3 teens, 1 toddler) with everything we needed. Plenty of beds, cooking supplies, toys, towels, etc. great owners, great location, great vacation.We look forward to our next trip to Navarre!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and having a second fridge in the garage was awesome. The fact they had bikes for our use with our stay was a plus. The kids really enjoyed riding them around. There are no negatives about this stay. The owners were great and very responsive to our text. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay! We vacation with close friends of ours every year and it consists of total relaxation. We could not have found a better location! The townhouse was just as portrayed online, if not better! It was so nice being able to walk right out the back door and directly on to the beach. We love to come to the beach and just relax and enjoy the sun, sand and company and that's exactly what we got. The owners, Melissa and Wes were so accommodating. We had a couple of questions after we got there and they answered immediately! They also had everything you could think of available at the townhouse...from everything in the kitchen, to beach chairs/umbrellas, a grill, arcade games and ping pong on the lower level. It was so nice to not have to lug sandy items up to our room...we could just shower off and leave everything downstairs until the next day. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to other friends and family.

Townhouse very beautiful and lots of space. Views of oceanfront gorgeous! Minor in master bedroom, tiny bugs on the bedside nightstand, reported to management. All in all we had a great time.

We love Navarre, this is our 4 year. 2 nd year for Beachview. This townhouse was not as nice as the other one. But it was ok, other town house has so many more extras. We had a little problem with air conditioner, no one never came to check on it. Down stairs just did not cool off at night, but we managed ok. Not a lot of setting in living room, but all in all it was ok.

Amazing Townhouse

This townhouse has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a great beach vacation!! The arcade games, bikes and beach toys were a huge hit with our kids. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked with everything you need. The beds and furniture were very comfortable which in our experiences is pretty uncommon. Perfect location and amazing views of our favorite beach!! I highly recommend this townhouse and can’t wait to visit again. The owners are very nice people and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!!!

Amazing location and hosts.

This location was perfect. On the beach, with lots of toys provided by the host and the beach area had a lifeguard that was stationed where we were located at. This made my sister-in-law and her husband feel safe with their little children playing on the beach. The hosts were great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed.

We loved it!

I’ve been staying at Beachview since the Holidome was lost in the hurricane years ago. This was the best unit we’ve stayed in by far! The game room put it over the top! No need to buy sand toys either as there are plenty in the garage to use! Thank y’all so much for allowing us to rent your lovely space in my favorite place on the planet! We will be back if you’ll have us!

Perfect location

The property was perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The condo was very roomy for our family of 7. Very well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them. The beach was beautiful and a short walk to the pier.

Fantastic Stay!

The property was perfectly located, just steps from the beach. They provided all the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas you could want. The property is perfectly set up for family and friends with children and babies. They even purchased a gate for the stairs when they found out we had toddlers. The owners are so kind and were easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
