Wedding Venue and Stay

We stayed for five days and had our daughter's wedding there. I was already impressed with the communication leading up to the stay, but they went above and beyond once we arrived. The house was so clean and decorated extremely nice and complimentary to the beach. They had a welcome basket with lots of goodies waiting on us, We will be getting a group together and staying there again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this beach front house. It is steps away from the beach. It has all the amenities you need for relaxing at the beach, on the balcony, or in the home, complete with beach chairs, toys, and towels for oceanside, comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and a responsive manager who was able to resolve our requests. We enjoy this house and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the emerald ocean and white sugar sand between their toes. Enjoy!

Cousins reunion

There were 8 of us staying at the house and it was SO comfortable! They provide SO MANY THINGS that we should have read about before we came. Lol! There was shampoo and conditioner, all the dishes and kitchen stuff we needed, all the beach chairs and towels we needed, even coolers and flip flops! It was an awesome house and location and we will for sure be back! Thank you for everything! It’s obvious you’ve taken peoples advice and requests and have made it as comfortable and easy as possible! Thank you!

PERFECTION!

Our family stayed in the Sea Salt Cottage to celebrate our son being cancer free! Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Great kitchen and fantastic view. Easy walk to the beach. I give the sea salt cottage a perfect 10!

Great Location & Decent Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property. However, there are some things that would have made our stay more enjoyable. 1. The kitchen pans are basic/low quality, the knives are horrible, and the gas grill would not light using the starter. The combination of these items made preparing meals quite challenging. 2. The Check-in time for the property is 4PM and Checkout is 10AM, which seems overly restrictive and there are a lot of rules. I received an email to let me know that I needed to take the trash cans to the curb. 3. The beach themed artwork that is in the house is for sale, which seems kind of tacky. 4. The mattress was not comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay but the combination of the items above detracted from our overall enjoyment.

Clean, bright, beautiful views, comfortable-did not feel like we were on top of each other☺️ Sweet welcome gift and had just about all we could need…grill, kitchen tools, plenty of dishes, makeup remover, shower essentials, plenty of towels (take your own Kleenex with😉), had plenty of beach chairs👍. Need to be prepared because it’s a very windy beach BUT Beach wedding was beautiful (take a rake) and we were able to turn downstairs into a pretty wedding reception area-downstairs bathroom a big plus✅

Worth Every Penny!

We used this house as a wedding venue (about 20 guests) and a vacation house for the family that came. It was absolutely perfect! The deck with the rocking chairs was a hit. The beds & couches were comfortable, and the house was so clean! The three bathrooms upstairs were very helpful & the bathroom downstairs, along with the bar made for the perfect venue. There were even string lights hung up. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and all the essentials you need. The AC unit worked nicely as well. Any beach necessities were supplied; plenty of umbrellas, chairs, toys, towels and even a cart to get it to the beach. Perfect stay all around, we can't wait to go back!

Fabulous Property

We threw a small wedding and spent a couple of days here on our own. It is well appointed with great management who allowed us to drop our luggage off early and advised us of an early check in. The only issue I had was that the description of the property said there was a hot tub - which there is not. When I messaged to ask about it, I did not receive a response. Would still highly recommend this property!
