The Dining Room has a large farm-style table to accommodate large meals. Laundry room with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Driveway can easily accommodate 12 vehicles.

This home is the PERFECT location for BEACH WEDDINGS and other large parties and events! An incremental and non-refundable wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall apply - please CONTACT OWNER for details. Wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall be due 60 days prior to arrival. The area underneath the house is ideal for tables and chairs... the area can comfortably accommodate parties up to a maximum of 100 people.

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.
