Breathtaking views, classy beach decor from around the world and Jacuzzi tub with a view of the Gulf are just a few of the things "So-fish-ticated" has to offer. This beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath condo comfortably sleeps 7. The first guest room features a king-sized bed while the second guest room has a twin over double bunk bed. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, whirlpool tub, and breathtaking views from the sliding doors to the balcony, and Jacuzzi. You can cook your catch of the day in the upgraded kitchen, complete with granite counter tops. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area which seats up to 10. You will feel right at home with our cozy coastal decor or on the balcony lounging in a lounge chair or taking in the view from the raised lifeguard style chairs also on the balcony.  This unit has a new HVAC system with an air purifier installed in the unit. The air purifier cleans the air of allergens, germs and viruses. This is great for those will bad allergies. If you are looking forward to the sea breeze, sunshine and memories to last a lifetime, this is the place for you! Stay by the sea in style.  ***Saturday to Saturday bookings only year round***. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

4 things really stood out about this property and the management team. The location is perfect with a perfect view and excellent distance from the beach. Upon arrival of the property, we immediately received a text to check how our checkin went. I had to call the office for two questions and they answered right away very friendly and helpful. The property was inaccurately clean and the beds were so comfortable. I traveled with my family with two kids and my mother. It’s hard to please her, but the first thing she said is this place is perfect and my favorite of all the years we’ve been to Florida. There was plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen which is perfect because we cook a lot on vacation. We loved the quiet property, quick elevators, and the spacious beach. We will absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.
