Get back to family time w/ beach days and game nights. Then relax in a custom-built sauna for 2! This spacious 4br 2b has room for everyone.
Located in the heart of Navarre we are minutes from restaurants, bars, & grocery; beach, parks, zoo, aquarium, museums, shopping and other attractions are all within 3-45 min travel time.
Self check-in w/ keypad code, Free WiFi, Pet Fence, Parking & Security Cameras on premisses.
The space
MBR has cal king bed and double bed, personal sauna, walk-in shower and jetted tub and access to a large walk-in closet for guest use. Other rooms offer 2 twins, 1 Queen, 1 king, 2 sleeper sofas & futon in the living room. Large dining room table seats 10 and home offers separate family rooms for when you don't want to give up the remote.

All TVs are roku smart TVs and roku channel is provided. Guests my log into personal streaming if desired. TV located in every room including garage and second family room.

Game Room is located in the garage and offers darts, pingpong, and a foosball table. Seating for firepit is also located in garage. Board & card games are provided in main living room.

Kitchen is located just off living room & is fully stocked w/ everything needed to cook; pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, silverware, and basic spices are provided. Ice and filtered water are provided from fridge and stove is a electric glass cook top style.

Coffee & Tea bar are in the dining room and offer dark, medium, flavored, & decaf coffee w/ creamers and splenda; in both Keurig and drip style makers. Tea has a variety of flavors & decaf is also provided all in individual bags. Electric hot water kettle provides hot water.

Kitchen was fully stocked. The entire house is as well. There’s nothing you need to bring. Very Pet Friendly. I didn’t get a chance to try out the sauna but some of my roommates did. Very cool place to stay. Very close to the causeway to the beach. Around the corner from Aldi’s and Winn-Dixie grocery & liquor. Lots of places to eat. I had some terrific oysters on the half shell while there. Great price for an awesome place!The Host was very responsive on any questions. 5/5 Stars overall. Would recommend.

This rental has a perfect location if you don’t want to be on Navarre Beach. But you are literally only have a 5 minute drive if you wanted the beach. Rebecca / owner is a good communicator. This home is well equipped and fit our family of 10 well. And it’s immaculate and well kept. Small septic snafu while we were there but Rebecca is handling that and has repair people coming before more renters so that shouldn’t be a problem. We would love to come back and rent this home again. Lots of great memories in one week were made here as a family.

Great space in this pet friendly home

We spent three weeks working remotely, visiting with friends and relaxing with our pooch in this great neighbor home. Rebecca was very responsive to our questions. The yard space for the dog was great and the back porch was wonderful to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend this home.

Minor issues, nice distance from things

You can’t be better located as far as proximity to everything goes. The house is plenty large. (Very clear to me that Hurricane Sally did a number on the homes in the area guessing trees fell on homes. New roofs everywhere. ) The home felt like a friends house as far as dacor goes and there were more than enough of everything to go around. I think I counted 9 possible sleeping locations beds/pull out couches. You are less than about 5 mins from everything. Parks beach food groceries. Back porch being screened in was great! The back yard was nice for our do to running around in. We had just the one. We also have a 5 month old and we’re happy to have an infant tub / high chair / pack and play available. We used all three. The tub in the master was great to give our baby a bath in. The shower had awesome water pressure and the new tankless water heater was a great combo for nice relaxing shower. Coffee bar was a great and the garage / game room would be awesome for little kids to teens to take advantage of. Minor annoyances were the lack of beach towels there actually were 0 and beach chairs also 0. I think the sauna was not working or I couldn’t get it to. The driveway is difficult to get in and out with traffic and shrubs in the front yard making it hard to see. Like I said overall was great with a ton of room and places to sleep. Had the minor issues not been there I’d say 5/5.

Navarre stay

The property was neat and clean and just minutes away from the beach and other entertainment venues. There numerous tools for cooking as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The master shower was used by everyone because of the style. We (wife and I) had to wait in line to use it. One thing i might suggest is to place child locks on the lower kitchen cabinets as we had a 15 month old constantly opening doors and pulling off the knobs to the stove. We have come to the southern beaches for years and by far this was the best stay ever! My only hope is that it doesn't become as crowded as Gulf Shores because we want to come back next year.

2024 Beach Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at the house. Everything we needed was there and plenty of room! This was the 2nd year in a row we have stayed and will be back next year! We love the owner if there is ever an issue, she is back in touch with us asap!!
