This Navarre Beach home is what you have been looking for - a beautiful upscale private home in the heart of Navarre Beach, just a half mile from the Gulf of Mexico beach and steps to the Santa Rosa Sound. Guests can also enjoy the community swimming pool and hot tub located inside this quaint Navarre Beach gated community. This spacious Navarre Beach Private home is perfect whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend or golfing get-away. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets from the balconies while indulging in your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Take a relaxing walk or ride your bike on the beach path that extends to the National Sea Shore Park to Pensacola Beach.

Our 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom Navarre Beach Private home has an open floor plan with large Kitchen, Living, Dining area and multiple decks with water views. Natural light fills the home with large wrap-around windows and high ceilings. All new elegant furnishings granite counter tops and well-appointed Kitchen with upscale stainless appliances. The Living Room features a large smart TV, wireless internet and beautiful furnishings. Enjoy the large outdoor decks with panoramic water views. Each deck is equipped with comfortable seating to relax and take in the sunset or stretch your legs.

Also, on the main floor you will find The King Master Suite Bedroom #1 has an adjoining full private bath and oversized walk-in closet, smart TV and a private deck with water views. There is a shared half bath off the hallway. On the top floor you will find another large living room, three bedrooms and a large deck with amazing water views, Queen sofa bed located in the entertainment room. Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, full bath TV and deck with water views. Guest Bedroom #3 is located off of the entertainment with a Queen bed and full bath. Guest bedroom #4 sleeps 4 with a single over full bunk bed with single size pull out trundle bed. There is another large deck off of the entertainment room with stunning water views. This Navarre Beach rental is ideal for families and the house comes stocked with kid-friendly amenities.

Sleeps 8 adults, 4 children.

1 dog allowed (requires approval) -under 40 lbs with a $200 dog cleaning fee.

Traveling with an infant, no worries. A standard sized Pack & Play is available (upon request). All bedrooms feature flat screen Smart TVs. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella provided.

Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This home is centrally Located so you can drive to the pier and beaches within a few minutes. Just a short walk for Plenty of lounging around the Community pool and hot tub.

2 adult Bikes, kayak and paddle board included with reservation just requires $500 deposit.

Great stay- good fit.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Serenade. Plenty of adequate space with plenty of bathrooms and showers for all of us. Great amenities. Our favorite was the crows nest on top. Beautiful morning and evening views, as well as a July 4, fireworks display that will never be topped.!

Plenty of porch space and we love the two living rooms as well. Lots of sleeping options with the pull out sofas, was truly a great fit for what we needed. It also was in a great location where you can easily get to the sound side or the regular beach side. We would for sure stay again!
