Welcome to Wave on Wave, previously named Dave's Dream. This is a beautiful non-pet friendly condo just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf! This bright and open 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home features an inviting open-concept layout with cozy living room seating, a breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The main floor includes a king master bedroom with an ensuite and easy access to the shared living spaces. Upstairs on the 3rd floor, there is a second king master bedroom with an ensuite. The 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds with an ensuite is also on the 3rd floor. There is a pack-n-play there for your convenience. Enjoy board games, and beach essentials during your stay.

Outdoors, enjoy an outdoor shower, nice furnishings, and a propane grill for family meals. The unit can accommodate 3 standard vehicles.

A nice townhouse, but we won’t go back. The unit to one side allows dogs and, although I am a dog lover, hearing a large pup crying the entire time the owners were gone was grating. This, we could handle. The construction on the other side
not so much. We came to sit on the decks and enjoy the view. But even with the doors shut, the sound was mind numbing after a few days. Nonstop from morning til evening. We never once got to relax on the decks, unless we did so when it was after dark. This may not be an issue when it’s warmer and you’re gone a lot. But we planned this trip when it was cooler to just hang out. Lastly, as a side note, there were no bikes as mentioned. Only one with a flat. We sent notes to the managing company hosts to try and find another place, but they never responded.

Perfect. The home is clean, comfortable and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beautiful views. The house isn’t toddler friendly with an open stair case but perfect for older children and adults. We will definitely book again.

Very impressed with this property. Tons of stuff including abundance of beach towels, pack & play, spices, coffee maker, etc. Only complaint would be the walkway to the beach needs to be updated/fixed. For older people & kids it’s a bit unsafe. My family & I will be returning!

Home away from home

This home was welcoming from the onset. From the text to let us know we could get in to the welcome cookies and note this place said welcome home. The place had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to sleeping bags and toiletries. Although very clean, it didn’t feel sterile like a rental but comfortable like a home. Beach access and view were incredible.

The house was very nice! Right on the beach. No parking lots or streets to cross. Very quiet. The only negative if you would call it that, was the steps. Lots of steps. Still a great place that I would stay at again .

Repeat Visitor

This is the 3rd year that my group has stayed at this property. We love the location and the unit in general. However, there is a little updating that is needed to this unit. There was an issue with the back sliding door going out onto the deck. The door was VERY difficult to open last year when we stayed. Due to the fact that we had to pull so hard to open and shut the door, the handle actually came off on our last day on the beach. We had to go around to the front door to enter and exit the unit. We reported this issue and was told that the track needed to be replaced. This year, unfortunately, the door was still extremely difficulty to open and the only way we had to "lock" the door was to slide a stick in at the bottom of the door from inside. It was very annoying to have to strain so hard to open and close the door. Also, on the 3rd day of our trip, the water was turned off due to nonpayment. (Notice left by the water department) The numbers around the knobs on the stove are worn off which makes it difficult to select temp of the eclectic stovetop. The couches and coffee table very worn. My group loves this unit and the location, but it seems that there are some updating and management issues that need to be addressed. Afton has always been easy to contact and quick to respond anytime we have needed her. We hate to complain but hope that someone pays attention to this review, which is meant to help resolve some significate issues with a great property.

Family friendly fun

This was our first time to Navarre and absolutely loved our time at Dave’s Dreamhouse. So many extras- seasonings, non-perishable food, extra sets of sheets for all beds, and other items that don’t go bad and had been left by other guests. House is as described and viewed in photos. Layout was perfect for our family of 5. If we are ever back in Navarre, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation went amazing. This home was great! It was a perfect location, peaceful beach, clean, and suited our group perfectly. I have nothing but positive things to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the deck. Gorgeous sunsets with friends while relaxing on the beach. Great place to enjoy biking, walking, reading a book. or just listening to the ocean. Close proximity to restaurants and fishing pier.
