It’s a brand new villa, built in 2021, located very close (3.1km) to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Agios Prokopios and only 500m from the famous Laguna beach, an ideal beach for windsurf and kitesurf.
It is set in a quiet area where you can enjoy privacy but also in an ideal location to be your base for getting around the whole island. My daughter and I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful property in Naxos. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host family — Nemo, Maria, and their kind parents. Their hospitality made our stay feel more like visiting family than simply renting a place.Each morning, Maria’s mother surprised us with homemade preserves, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious — a heartfelt and unforgettable touch that made our mornings so special.The property itself was spotless, spacious, and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The outdoor pool was a true highlight — clean, peaceful, and framed by a beautifully maintained garden and stunning views of the Naxos countryside. We often started and ended our days by the pool, soaking in the serenity.Everything about the home was thoughtful and inviting, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing outdoor spaces. It was the perfect mix of modern convenience and authentic Greek charm.We can’t say enough about the care and generosity shown by Nemo, Maria, and their family. Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in Naxos. The villa was exactly as beautiful as it is in the pictures and perfect for our family of 4. Our kids (6 and 9) loved the pool! Nemo’s was a wonderful host and was so helpful throughout our stay. We would be thrilled to stay again.

Wow. Beautiful!
We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home in Naxos! Maria (owners sister) was a fabulous host providing great information and delicious garden tomatoes!
The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the pool and beautiful Greek weather.
It’s a short walk into the main town on Naxos and close to other beaches. We walked to our windsurfing lesson!
