Dandy Villas Nea Kallikratia Sea View Loft - Open up roof - Down Town is located in Nea Kallikrateia, only 47 kilometers from the city of Thessaloniki. It is an internal maisonette of 50 m2 on the third and fourth floor of a block of flats. The first floor is consisted of a small but fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a sink, a fridge and all the kitchen essentials, a small bathroom with a full toilet set and a shower and a double bedroom with a tv and a small balcony full of plants. Its romantic decoration-with a mosquito net above the bed is combined perfectly with some exotic touches.

Upstairs, there is a small living room with a sofa bed,a fireplace and a mini fridge, a bathroom with a full toilet set and a shower, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a beautiful balcony of 20 m2 full of colorful plants and a view to the sea. It contains a big table with chairs, ideal for quiet nights in and an amazing hammock for those who want to enjoy their siesta or admire the night sky outdoors. SURPRISE: The balcony's roof is retractable so you can have a straight view to the sky, PLUS, during winter it can be used as an external living room.
Dandy On The Beach, although small, is a very compact and cozy apartment. It can host up to 5 people, which makes it suitable for families with children or small groups of friends.

Area description:
Nea Kallikrateia is in the first ''finger''(or leg-as it is called in Greece) of Chalkidiki. Its location can be described as ''strategical'' due to the fact that it is close to many other destinations not only in the peninsula of Chalkidiki. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to the center of Kallikrateia, only 5 minutes on foot, while the closest beach is 300 meters away. Your transportation towards and from Kallikrateia can be made either by car or by KTEL buses, which commute to several nearby areas and destinations, especially during summer.
Kallikrateia has its own independent market, with grocery stores, supermarkets, gift shops and of course a lot of cafes and restaurants by the sea. Don't forget to taste the fresh fish, that smell sea! Make a quick stop in Kallikrateia's square to admire the marble image of ''Kori of Kallikrateia''.
There are a lot activities and destinations to visit, while in Kallikrateia, such as water sports in several local beach bars, wine tasting in Ktima Gerovasileiou(22 km away), the Anthropological museum of Petralona( 9 km away), Neos Marmaras (81 km) and many more.

3) Parties and festivities of any kind are prohibited.
4)Quiet hours are between 16.00-21.00 pm.
5) Before leaving the house, the guests have to check if the windows are closed and the water heater is shut down.
6) The guests are kindly requested to leave their waste outdoors, only at specific waste bins. We respect the environment, by actively participating in recycling.
