This home is overall uncomfortable. The furniture was uncomfortable; the temp was not regulated easily. The stairs were sketchy, and the yard was not mowed. It was smelly from new construction stain. The host was upset because we moved one of the mattress on the floor, because my son was cramped in the loft space. It was meant to be be put back and was just forgotten (honest mistake).  Apparently, my kids must have stained the sheets with somethingâŠand even though I sincerely apologized the host was upset. They may want to consider not renting to families. She stated that it took the cleaners an extra hour to clean it, when we left if exactly as is it was other than the two issues above. We took out garbage, put all linens and towels in the laundry room, started the laundry, took out the trash, and wiped down the counters. They might want to think about different cleaners if it takes 1 hour longer to wash the sheets and put a mattress back on the frame. Then of course we forgot something, and they wanted 50.00 to send it back, which was fine, I just wanted her word they would send them back. Because I asked for this guarantee she replied  âOk we are doing this as a favor to you. My cleaners had to spend an extra hour on the house. I extended a discount to you, and I am trying to get it ready to show as it is for sale. My interest in helping you at this point is diminishing. You can come back and pick them upâ. I found this response rude and not someone I would recommend renti
