Great, roomy family holiday home with a full length covered entertaining patio with TV and BBQ area at the rear of the home. This house is set up to create memorable family holidays on the Island full of relaxed fun and laughter.

The fully fenced, grassed backyard caters for that special member of the family - your pet. And you can get to know the local Island bird life when they come to feed at the multi-storey bird feeder (birdseed supplied)

This 3-bedroom, pet friendly holiday home is an easy walk to the shops and the beach. It is designed to catch the cool sea breezes, however is also fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Living and entertainment space.
You'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive in this welcoming holiday house. The interior living is open plan layout. The lounge area is air-conditioned and has a range of options for your holiday entertainment including a large flatscreen TV and DVD player, with Wifi and Netflix available, as well as a large selection of games, books and board games.

The lovely kitchen is newly installed and fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop and microwave.

The back undercover patio offers a generous extension to the living space. It features a sitting area with lounges and a TV, a dining area and a second full size fridge/freezer. The modern, comfortable outdoor settings and BBQ area are perfect for large families to relax.

The laundry area is also on the patio and has a washing machine and laundry tub.
